My husband and I were passing through Vail and stumbled upon this restaurant. We have ate at a plethora of Asian restaurants but this is definitely at the top of our list. I would’ve taken photos but we dug in right away. We had Spicy Edamame, Spicy Tuna Roll, and Gyoza for appetizers. For our entrees we had the Imperial Ribs & Spicy Curry Beef. Btw their entrees are family style so be prepared to eat a lot!

What a gem!! The service and the food was so great. I eat a lot of Asian food, and this was outstanding. Best green curry ever. Fresh vegetables. Great flavor. Attentive and friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Great meal at Vail Lionshead; hard to find place but glad we did. Waiter was friendly n recommended the Chilean Seabass. It was steamed. It was amazing. Well worth the $38 as gave us a lot of fish. Also got the Thai fried rice, which was pretty good. Tasted like a little bit like sticky rice.

We came to Vail from Dallas TX for five days ski. The second day we tried Beyond Sushi Thai and we dined in there for the rest of our trip. They have the best food, not only just for sushi and Thai, they also serve the authentic Chinese and Korean food. My family are totally impressed by the quality and taste of the food and the staff are warm and kind. I will recommend Beyond Sushi Thai to everyone in Vail who wants the best Asia food.

This is a really delicious little hidden gem of sushi and Chinese food. We went with a number of Chinese friends and they really appreciated the authenticity of the menu items, the Kung Pao Chicken is especially delicious. Double black diamond quality! The sushi is also top notch and all the staff are very professional and friendly. Just be careful to make a reservation if you plan to dine in as they don't have many tables and can get busy.

Worst drunken noodles I have had in a long time. The noodles were more like Alfredo noodles than traditional wide rice noodles. Many of the noodles were also very hard. I could not tell if it was because they were under or over cooked. Disappointing because I live in the valley and was hoping this could be a go to spot for me.
