We enjoyed our meal! And appreciated the helpful service and staff when our travel delayed the reservation a little bit. Food was great. Truffle tots and the Asian Brussels sprouts were especially yummy.

Great food and service in a nice little out of the way spot. This is my third time here and it has never disappointed. A great spot for a nice meal once you're off the mountain.

Easy to make next day reservations for a Saturday night. Staff was friendly and food was descent. Good spot for families with kids as pricing is palatable and several menu options.

We had a large group of 12ppl and were seated upstairs overlooking the bar. This is also the walking path to and from the pool, so many people came through in swimsuits while we were eating dinner. Service was a little slow on the drinks, probably due to our location Food was great, and made up fro everything else!

Thanksgiving buffet review: Our experience was average, at best. We were in what felt like an overflow room versus the main dining area. The buffet was crammed onto three tables in a L shape with large size warming dishes. One carving station had delicious ham and prime rib. The rest of the food was less than impressive. The food selections were not what would be expected at the price point. I would not recommend the buffet and cannot speak to the rest of the menu.

Thanksgiving dinner was very dull, place was dirty, we were sat on the overflow room with no ambiance (it was a very simple room with no decoration and Buffett looked like a school cafeteria), service was slow, food was ok but very small selection for a $80 + Tax per person buffet. I will not go back.

Beautiful, peaceful patio overlooking the creek to enjoy a drink and a bite to eat. Flower boxes everywhere, very friendly, attentive service, and peaceful vibe. We enjoyed a Fire on the Mountain cocktail and martini, and split a Fitz burger with tater tots. Everything was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Great food, great value, great service! What else do you want in a restaurant? Roasted Chicken and Steak Frites were wonderful! We have been coming to Vail for years and are happy to share the good news!

Food was average at best. We arrived when they opened at 11:30 AM and got to watch them prepare the restaurant for the lunch crowd. Service was slow and our food came out in stages. Vail prices, Pagosa Springs quality. Would not go back.

The staff were all kind and we sat outside (so I think we had a better experience); however, it felt dirty and the food was just so-so. It was overpriced for the quality of food. We wish we had eaten somewhere in the main village for dinner instead.

We were almost ready to walk out after sitting a while at the bar (20 minutes or so) where a bartender was too busy socializing to tend to customers when it wasn't even busy yet. Another bartender showed up to help us and she provide top notch service. Becca is AMAZING! This place would be up the creek without her and its the ONLY reason I gave this place 5 stars.

We ate late in the bar after a concert. Most of us had the fish tacos, which were excellent. A lot of the staff had left by then, so the service was moderately slow. There was a fairly loud 4-top next to us, so it was hard to hear. Overall, though, considering the conditions, I would give The Fitz a 4.

We have always enjoyed going to The Fitz for a quick bite to eat before the concert at Gerald Ford Amphitheater. However, last night was a completely different experience. We got seated right away and had our drink order taken but after 25 minutes we still hadn't received our drinks even after inquiring about them at the 20 minute mark. We didn't have time to enjoy them at this point so we cancelled the drinks. We opted for a bowl of soup because we were told the kitchen would need more than 20 minutes to get a sandwich to us. I hope they can get more staff because it really is a great place with a nice menu. Don't know if we will give it another try this summer.
