Feels like eating in someone's kitchen. Very homey. The prices are far and the service is great. They have a small Parking lot so keep that in mind for groups. I recommend their biscuits and gravy!!!

Menu prices look good but with the upcharges you might as well go eat somewhere nicer for the same price. My waitress upcharged me for the one French vanilla little creamer cup I put in my coffee, I wasn't aware I had to pay extra for coffee creamer. The waffle was pretty good, hash browns tasted old not fresh, but again, $3 upcharge for strawberries on the waffle and really it should be strawberry* because there was MAYBE a total of 2 small strawberries there. I don't usually leave reviews let alone bad ones but I think what got me was being charged to put creamer in my coffee at a breakfast place.

I'm really not sure why, but this is our first time here! After seeing it on the news (after the tornado hit it), we thought we really should give it a try! It's kind of the old style diner (type) of environment. However, I heard it had been recently remodeled, everything looked new and clean. We were seated immediately, given menus, and the waitperson took care of us in a reasonable timeframe. I included pictures of the menu... there is everything you would expect from a breakfast/lunch place, and more on the menu!We had the chicken and waffles. For the price, the portion and quality was in line. The chicken was more of a chicken finger type of chicken, nothing special. However, the waffle was very light and fluffy! All in all, worth the value. It's probably only a 4 star place, but for what it is, I'm giving it 5 (for service, location, and the value). I'm sure we'll be back, if only because their everything omelette sounds too good not to try!

Food was ok. I got a veggie omelette with hash browns. Omelette was super tasty but the hash browns were kind of chewy. The coffee was a little watered down as well. Despite this, the staff were very nice and helpful. The menu was also quite extensive, and offered a lot of options. I would recommend this place if you don't want to make the drive to Waffle House.

What a great family owned operation. The waitress was on top of her job and she listened to my eccentric waffle request and I got it as I asked for it. It tasted very good for a diner waffle and the hot coffee kept coming. It's not a fancy place by any means so if that's your thing, they're the wrong place. But if you like a straight forward diner with good food, this is your place.

Food was acceptable and the service was as well. It's a cute little diner that participates in the festivities of the holidays , which was nice to see. They had the whole Halloween theme going, and it was nicely decorated and set up. There was Nothing spectacular about my meal that made them stand out amongst any other breakfast spots that I've eaten at. I waited at my table for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me. I didn't make a big fuss about it because I was still exploring the online menu anyways, the server did indeed apologize for not noticing my coming in and sitting down. It wasn't a big deal and didn't take away from my experience . For the most part I enjoyed my meal but I did in fact encounter a small amount of ignorance. I chose to sit away from where majority of the people were sitting, because I like to watch TikTok videos or listen to podcasts while I'm eating alone and I didn't want to be a distraction or interruption to those surrounding me. My discomfort at this restaurant had nothing at all to do with the workers, the food, or anything pertaining to the restaurant. Instead it was a customer that caused me to end my meal early and leave. These type of restaurants are known for having their regular customers. And the fact that the server was well acquainted with these set of customers is probably why I wouldn't be as anxious to give this restaurant my business again. Let me say this , there was nothing at all that the server or workers did wrong ! But the comments heard from other customers made me want to stay away to avoid any confrontation. A young interracial couple walked in, they happen to be an African American male and a Caucasian female. Once in the building, the young African American male from the couple , looks my direction and says let's sit over there where my kind of people are at, as they walk to the booth behind me. Granted majority if not all of the clientele excluding myself in the building were elderly white people, which for me wasn't noticed until the young black guy highlighted it. Once sitting down the couple begin to discuss or argue about the PH balance of the white female in that Couple being off and etc. I tried my hardest to be unbothered. Luckily for me I had finished majority of my meal before they had arrived with their shenanigans. The server came to refill my cup of coffee and begin to interact comfortably with the couple . Asking them personable questions, and holding small conversations. The discussions had between the couple continue to be explicit / derogatory. So I ended my breakfast and left.
I love this place! The food is reasonably price. The employees are very friendly. Not many of these places with the Mom and Pop's atmosphere left. Great place for home cooking.

I went to get brunch with my parents on July 26! I got orange juice, the waffle way special, and breakfast burrito! The waffle way special and breakfast burrito were delicious! It was good price and great selections to choose from for brunch and breakfast!

Meh, breakfast was just okay and waitress was just indifferent. Stay home and make my own rather than waste money here. The bacon was good though and I like supporting local businesses. They just need to step it up. I'll give them another try for a burger though.

We were excited to eat here after seeing the online photos. However, the experience was not what we expected. First, staff were seen sitting on the back stoop smoking. Inside, the empty booths used to space patrons out were filled with clutter. We seated ourselves and then started looking around. The staff either weren't wearing masks at all, or just wearing them on their chins. Even the staff outside came inside without a mask. We left. This place is a disgrace to the restaurant managers who are working so hard to protect the community.
