Very courteous staff who were able to get our party of 8 in for a 7 pm dinner. Service was good, attentive staff who went the extra mile . We had a birthday event with singing and a cake. Tony took great care of us. Highly recommended.

We really love this restaurant. We came here twice during our stay in Vail. The food and service are the best around. It’s not a fancy restaurant but the food is so good , you’ll want to come back again too. Great steaks and seafood for half the price of Vail Village and more for your money. Try the strip steak, salmon or short rib Mac and cheese. You won’t be disappointed.

Great quality food! Stayed at the Highline Vail. Had breakfast and lunch here. Fresh squeezed OJ!! Truffle fries were amazing!! I would come to eat here to get away from the crowds of Vail Village - Highly recommend!

Loved this pizza. It was delicious. The only suggestion would be to add fresh basil. For that price fresh ingredients are a necessity. I’d still come back just for this pizza. Also, we were charged $10 originally for soda water out of the tap. Soda water should be no more than the price of a soda, if not free. Other than the the service was great & the atmosphere was even better!

You were clearly surprised by the influx of people because the highway was closed, but the highway gets closed frequently, so you should have a better backup plan. It wasn't even that busy, but the bartender was waiting on the bar and at close to 10 tables. Yet there was some other guy standing around in the cafe basically doing nothing. I ended up asking him for was water refill because the bartender was way too busy. Then he got the idea to refill other people's water, but that all I ever saw him do. The bartender highly recommended the pork belly bowl over the bacon burger. Unfinished it was a big let down as the cook clearly reheated previously cooked pieces of pork belly and it was very overcooked and dried out. I would have sent it back but the bartender never checked on us again after serving us. But like i said, he needed more help. This was a big let down from a place that has a 4.5 star rating. I can't figure out why. It looked like they were preparing for some other big event with food, so I'm guessing the cook had other priorities.

Ordered a flatiron steak and fries for 31$. The fries were soggy, but that’s understandable as I ordered take-out. And the steak was ok, but so unbelievably small. Literally the length of one my fingers and width of three. I get this is Vail so things are overpriced and undersized, but this is ridiculous.

We're done with the Westside. After going here for two decades they threw out their rustic atmosphere, raised their prices astronomically, and lost touch with their quality of food. The nail in the coffin was going for takeout and being confronted by an employee verbally at the register with a "suggested" 15% gratuity for takeout. Insane! It's bad enough that tip culture has gone overboard, but to verbally confront a customer to insist on a tip without any related service at all is outrageous. I work in the industry and any excuse they can come up with about tips being about providing fair wages is a shallow excuse to either not pay your employees properly or just a simple way to try and price gouge. I would say raise your prices but they're already as high as nicer restaurants in Vail that actually value their customers. Next time we'll be going to Bob's or the Northside.

The food was so good we ate here twice! Our server, Pierena, was so sweet. We had lunch and went back for breakfast the next day. The cafe is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. If you look around the plates that go back are all empty. Mike, the owner took the time to speak with us too.
