This was the most disgusting Subway I have ever been to in my entire life. Everything was so so gross from the bathrooms to floors to tables counters and even the gift card display. And the cookie footling we ordered was 3” shorter than the box.

Waited too long for a small online order, they skipped over ours and made everyone else’s and then the two employees literally just said “ okay I’m out “ when ONE other employee came in leaving this poor guy a line of people waiting on food. I feel sorry for that guy that he has to work with that. They could have at least help him out before leaving

Employees hardly acknowledged customers, had to repeat ingredients multiple times. Employees also seemed to be high. Very unprofessional establishment. They were out of many ingredients or ingredients just did not look fresh at all.

Stopped here on my way through the man behind the counter was very nice and did a good job making the sandwich. Also they had lids on all the products during the slow period so it was nice to see they were keeping all food products fresh and cold. The only thing that worried me a little bit was there bathroom was so dirty! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

I myself worked at a Subway a few years ago. I understand the challenges of having goals to make each and every customer happy and to have a great experience that will bring them back the next time they crave a good fresh sandwich. But why I rated the service a one star was not the sandwich artist. It’s the fact that there is only been one single person running this store every time I have came in. If I could give the one single artist a five star, I would. And the management, not even half. These people run back and forth refilling the table between each sandwich while trying to keep a smile on the faces of the customers who are growing impatient. To the two fellows, Averee(I think that’s how it was spelt) and the man with long hair with beautiful purple streaks in it, thank you for making my brothers and I experience wonderful. And to the man working ALONE by HIMSELF with no help at 4:15pm 9/21/23, thank you. I’m writing this as I’m waiting for him to take care of the LINE of customers he has right now because I know the struggle between keeping up and keeping a smiling customer. Thank you.
