I really want to like this place! The beer selection is unfortunate and they were out of my two choices yesterday. Mostly cream fruit and seltzer options, but they haven't had an IPA in a minute. Telling when a customer walked in and just asked the bartender, "What do you have left?" 4 occupied taps, but 8 empty. Looking around the room, everyone was drinking the beer that came out of a can ?‍♀️Also, I'm all for a dog friendly brewery, but letting dogs sleep on the bar counter is a bit unappetizing. The pizza food truck yesterday was fantastic!

The space they have is nice, but the beers are not. Mediocre brews at best for a few, not good at all for the majority of the tap list. We have been a couple times to give them a chance over the span of a year, the last time we got the Mexican Lager and the Kettle Sour and wanted to dump them after drinking half of both drinks. Make the drive to Fort Collins for something worth drinking.

Best place for a delicious beer every time

Delicious beer and welcoming bartenders make this place a hidden gem conveniently located off the highway. I visited for a comedy show and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Probably won't go here. As a traveler, website is not updated and pic of beer menu is partially obscured. Fix your website!!

Excellent selection of good beer? The Key Lime Cream Ale was delicious! Enjoyed every beer we tried and took home the Blueberry Lemon ? Kettle Sour. Hung out on the side patio with our pups ?

I’m sadly disappointed. Sparge is a great brewery but for being veteran owned I’m sad when their vet community seems impenetrable. I sent a friend of mine to their “veterans and first responders night” he is a combat veteran, served in Afghanistan and recently established here. There were no signs up and he asked the guys at counter where it was or which table and they just started at him and said “I don’t know one of these tables”. He did not end up staying as no one would indicate what tables or answer any questions about it. It’s sad as veterans face enough difficulty building the courage to go look for support. It’s such a heavily advertised thing I hoped it would be more welcoming.

We love this place! The owners are very kind and welcoming, beer is delicious, super dog friendly and love the food trucks. Also appreciate that even though I’m now pregnant, I can still walk down and enjoy their home brewed root beer!

I am mildly shocked that Wellington has three breweries now. Of course it's a growing town but I remember how small it used to be. Also I imagine the market is not saturated for craft beer like nearby Fort Collins but more importantly it's probably cheaper for start up. Sparge was a brewery I haven't been to before and sprung up in between my last visit. The brewery is pretty popular and I had to park on the side of the frontage road that the brewery is in front of since it's main lot was full. Taproom is nice and clean. Very fresh looking and new. Beer was pretty good as well! I had the Hayburner Hefeweizen which I enjoyed considerably and was a wonderful beer to relax with. Lots of other beer choices as well that seemed intriguing but I was stopping at just the one. I'll just have to return to explore what else they have to offer some other time!

Just moved into town from fort Collins, and this is a favorite. Not only do they always have great beer, they always have a great food truck there. Never disappointed.
