Meat was tough, and not very bbq. The macaroni and cheese was cold and icky. But Colorado BrewingCompany was the delicious. A.cold brew was perfect. Won't go back for the BBQ but for the beer only.

I really want to support local businesses in Wellington but will not be going back to this resturant. Pulled pork and brisket were sitting in a unappetizing amount of water which made them taste more boiled than smoked. Corn bread was stale, hard, and dry. Sides (Mac, beans, corn) were fine. Best part of the meal was the sausage. No BBQ is cheap but for this place being pricier than most, I expected a lot higher quality.

Ribs were tender, pork was juicy. It had a sweeter taste, but with the mustard sauce it balances out perfectly. They actually cook/ smoke meat how it should be done. They don't microwave leftovers. We love the bbq, and we're picky. So glad to have a place in town that is so yummy and worth paying for.

I will never eat here again. The food wasn't good at all. The baked beans we're gross, the potato salad didn't taste like potato salad and the coleslaw was slimy. The cornbread was hard as a rock. And the pulled pork was dry had to add lots barbecue sauce to even eat it. Gave my dog some and she wouldn't eat it. She eats everything.

Really good BBQ! Love the Woolly Sauce too. Was heading back home to Nebraska & found this place online. We will stop again next time through! One small critique; street signage could be more visible. ?

Amazing BBQ. Took a road trip across the South before coming here and this was, stand out, the best meat. Amazing shredded brisket.

Great food! WAY overpriced! Meals for 3 people cost over $130 for lunch!!The only portion of the meals that we received that could have even come close to feeding 2 people were the sides. There is NO way the meat portions would have even fed 2 kids. If I even spent $20 on a lunch for one I would expect to be full. But to spend over twice that and have to fill up on corn…not cool!

I went to this little place by happenstance yesterday. I was passing through Wellington omw to Wyoming. It was around lunch time so I meandered into town blindly, stumbled onto this little joint. The place looked cool, plenty of outside seating, nice shade, few people. Once inside I noticed right away, it's a pretty new establishment. Small space, minimal staff, a/c not on (gross). However, plenty of choices on the menu. I started sizing up the menu, immediately noticed the overly high prices for certain items. My brisket sandwich was $14.96 with no side, what?! So I reluctantly placed my order, total for me to have a lunch consisting of 1 sandwich, small cole slaw, and a drink (in a can), was nearly $30 after taxes etc.. Now, for me personally, i feel this is wayyy expensive for lunch portions, with pretty average food.. So in a nut shell, not a bad place, in my opinion the food prices are out of line. Im not saying don't go, im just saying if you want a quick, affordable lunch, with really good food, this may not be the place for you. There are several other choices in downtown Wellington, Co. So if your passing through, take a look around, maybe find a better choice, then tell US about it. Until next time, see y'all later...

Have been here multiple times and try something new every time. Food is really good! I’m not a big BBQ sauce fan so I love that things are not just drenched in sauce. Try the tacos, you won’t be disappointed, the brisket is my favorite.

I love bbq. I have had it from all over the country and I always find good places and okay places with the great ones sprinkled in. I live in Wellington and had some high hopes with it being 5 mins from my house. My first experience was the sausage and brisket sandwich with slaw and side of their brisket n beans with no drink and a tip. That was just a bit over $20. I am okay with spending that on bbq but it better stand up to the price. I’m going to say it was good but not $20 worth. I’m full and it was a good meal but I would expect closer to $15. Some of the sandwich was dry and hard to chew, and flavor was not bursting as my expectations anticipated. The slaw was not very good in my opinion. I was going to try the 2 meat combo but that would have been over $25 after tax n tip (add a drink and your probably pushing $30). The beans and brisket was good but I like some extra bbq flavor with my cowboy beans, so I needed to add bbq to it. The mustard is pretty good and standard bbq was good but nothing out of your standard for a bbq joint. I love to support local business and I will be back to try another menu item but I will probably not be a frequent flyer due to quality vs price. I would rate it between okay and good. If you bring a family of 4 you would be spending the same price as a decent steakhouse. My 2 cents.
