Some of the most unfriendly and rude customer service I’ve ever had. They don’t even speak to you in the establishment.I ordered lettuce and tomato on a sandwich. They forgot to give it to me and they just wasted the whole sandwich, they threw it in the garbage, didn’t apologize or anything. terrible customer service. Rude attitude

Do NOT get the chicken wings here... I got the buffalo wings and it was quite literally like biting into a piece of charcoal tossed in buffalo sauce. Couldn't even chew. It was every piece.Also it was quite dark out and they had the signs and menu lights turned off, seemed they were trying to make it look like they were closed so they wouldn't have to work. Would explain the terrible food.

Went thru drive thru, the only customers they had & we had to park & wait 20 minutes for our food. The manager is rude, wouldn't take a coupon "cause their scanner was broken". Whatever.....Won't go back there.The 44th & Sheridan store is by far the BEST NO ARBYS!
