I have been here twice in last 6 months, both times have not been very well. The staff seems to be stressed and understaffed. Wait times are long and employees don’t seem happy at all. Probably won’t return to the one store. Also, menu was not accurate. One posted on the screen had one price and paper menu had another. Also told me that it no longer came with an item that was stated in menu.
Store was dirty we had to clean our table before sitting down. Only 1 person and he needed help.corn bread was overcooked, mashed potatoes were instant and mack and cheese was to creamy and chicken was okay. The good thing was the ice tea. That shows poor

I used to love going to Boston Market. Unfortunately the quality and quantity of food has gone down tremendously. They were out of everything, my wife's chicken was cold, and potatoes tasted watered down. Employees were polite and did try, I do appreciate that!
