Restaurant was about 70% full. While having cocktails we were waiting one hour for burger and 10 wings. Two days later I spoke with manager through phone. I wanted refund for food because of long waiting time. She told me I called too late for refund. I got promised coupons, which I have never received. I am not coming back.

The food is good, and our server Steve was really nice. I was catching up with an old friend, so we were there for a long time. Steve made sure we were hydrated - we sure appreciated that!

My party went in tonight for dinner and ordered a few different items. All the menus where sticky and gross, you could tell that they hadnt been cleaned in a while. Bathrooms had trash all over the floor and a loose toliet seat in the womens.I ordered 15 tradition wings and when they came out they were very cold. Our server Emily was great and got them address and fixed for us. She came out and expressed her apology and let us know that her manager said they would be taking care of the wings for us.When it came time to pay the bill I noticed there were to orders for 15 wings on our bill. As most restaurant, to refire food the server must re ring in the order. The manger only took of the refired wings and left our original wings on the bill. When we brought this to Emily attention (because she said we werent going to be charged for them) she apologized again and said she would go speak with her manager again. She came back and said the manager insitied the bill was correct and we werent getting the wings off our bill.Emily did great in this whole situation and would be the only reason we would return. The managment put there servers in an uncomfortable position but not talking to here tables and address an upset table themselves. We didnt have any interaction with anyone on the management team to apologize or talk with us after we addressed an issues with our food and also the bill at the end of the evening.This location continues to be a let down to us and after multiple chances, we will no longer be returning here.
