The only people in the store don't speak English or at least pretend not to, so questions or concerns are met with blank stares and rudeness.I don't have particularly high expectations of Burger King to begin with but you should at least be able to eat what you are paying for.

I have never had a fast food joint mess up my order as consistently as this location and to such a degree.Consistently missing items, to an almost comedic level. I've odered for my family multiple times, and every single time numerous items will be missing.They... also don't seem to salt their fries.

My food did not seem like it was cooked all the way and it did not taste right, I tried to go back and ask for a refund and she told me "No refund, I made them myself, you have to bring the fries back for me to give a refund" This is ridicules, I understand that you need to have the food bring back but couldn't' even offer to redo my fries. Me and my wife have ordered here all the time and this was disrespectful on a whole another level and for it to come from a manger.

The workers can't seem to comprehend how to read orders. They're constantly leaving our parts of the order because they're not paying attention. Who is running this place? Your workers on 01/23/2024 at 7pm are incompetent and don't do their job correctly. Might be time to hire new people.I called to get my order rectified and after 6 attempts, still no answer. After that, THEY LITERALLY MADE IT SO THE CALL WON'T COME THROUGH INSTEAD OF JUST ANSWERING IT. So professional.It's no wonder Burger King is falling apart.-5/5 stars. Unprofessional, incompetent, and lazy. Go somewhere else, like the Wendy's across the street.

Went to have some food for lunch and was made to feel like I did something wrong when they didn’t listen when I ordered and entered it wrong. The same lady takes my order in the drive thru and is always rude. Dark hair lady I think is a manager. She makes you feel like you are bothering her, she makes you wait at the order speaker til she’s ready for you to pull up. I am going to avoid this location all together to avoid poor service and rudeness from her as she is there most times when I go.

Unbelievably long wait at the drive thru. They make people wait at the speaker to try and trick their order timer so you will spend about 15 minutes just sitting and waiting. I used to frequently stop here. After my 25 minute wait today, no more!!
Horrible location. Twice now I have ordered breakfast online and went to pickup and no one was there. It was 7:30am.?

12-2-23 11am drive thru woman. Extremely rude!!! Couldn’t even complete the order because she said to hold on. Once she came back on we expressed we wanted to order another meal. She commented, “Well why didn’t you say that”. Made statement about order, “Wow, that’s interesting”. Then when she handed the bag of food to us she said, “ I would check that, I don’t even know if everything is in it”. Worst experience I have ever had at this Burger King!

Ordered threw uber eats family bundle meal they forgot my burgers and my chicken sandwiches had no chicken tried calling no answer I would not recommend this location it is not the first time I have had issues with this bk find it hard to believe you would just send buns with lettuce and mayonnaise you should be ashamed of your self's wanna get that pay check but don't wanna work for it what a joke beyond disgusted
