I have to say I loved my first cup of Caribou Coffee!! Very smooth. I have to say I liked it more than Starbucks. Cinnamon Coffee cake ohh so delicious...all served by my wonderful granddaughter Isabel ? made it that much better ???
All of the Denver Caribous are disappearing! This location is one of the very few left around here, sadly. In its heyday, Caribou was one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. Nowadays, the places are a little rundown - the seating is worn and the carpet is somewhat ratty. The espresso is still decent and the baristas tend to be friendly. My son is a huge fan of their gluten free artichoke provolone sandwiches!
