Friendly fast and kind enough to add on to my order without extra charge of some guacamole to a well suggested burger. Management is awesome. I will keep coming back for them, double western cheese burgers and the Angus bacon guacamole burger with jalapeños on it. ?

Wow ? automated ordering in the drive through? Really bad look. Couple that with the order quoted outside was not the same order (or price) they got inside, gonna call that a fail. Then your staff has to try to figure out how to fix it on the money end. Keep replacing people with machines... this is really bad business. ?

Honestly one of the worst burgers I've ever had in my life. I ordered the "Angus" burger and the 1st one they gave me in 2 sec and was burnt to a crisp, completely black and tough. So I asked if I could please get a new one. 2nd burger was just as black and chewy as the 1st. Will never come back to any Carl's Jr.

They got ai working the drive thru now and I don’t want that, have an actual human employee working it and pay your employees fair wages. Don’t come here these big corporations are just looking for ways to feed their greed by not paying their employees and cut corners using
This burger joint is pretty consistent with all customers, where if there is going to be any type of wait on food, they will have you park so they can get the next order started. That's good organization to me and the food is hot when you order because the kitchen staff has time to get orders ready.
