First of all: I’m NEVER returning to this location again, as long as the obese Hispanic gal (who THINKS she’s a manager) remains employed there!As I approached the food line, she seemed a bit aloof and didn’t take my order as accurately as she should have. I ordered a steak bowl. The first attempt by her to place a spoonful of steak pieces was NOT enough. She even admitted that so she offered more steak. I then asked her how much more in price. She didn’t quite inform me as she mumbled to her cashier to add on more to my total.When I got to the cashier to pay, I then noticed on my receipt that she charged me an extra $5.20 for a half spoonful extra of steak! I also asked the cashier if they offered a military veterans discount. The obese manager stated that they NEVER offered discounts for military veterans. If that were the case, why would I EVEN THINK of asking for the discount in the first place?I replied to her that this location had always gave me a military vets discount, at least b4 she worked there! In fact, I’ll go back just b4 the pandemic, and I ALWAYS received a 50% discount!!!So, this current manager implied that I was a liar!!! Furthermore, she didn’t have the guts to negotiate with me regarding the idea of a military discount. She just walked away from the scene as if I didn’t exist!I did keep my temper in check and swallowed my pride for that moment, until now.Well, that doesn’t sit well with me! That’s for sure. Good luck to the current owner because this location is SERIOUSLY LACKING in customer service! You also have a LIAR as an evening manager, who has no respect for older customers, let alone military veterans!!!

I had a pickup order from this location due to conveniency and when I checked my bag to make sure everything was in there I noticed I was missing my side tortilla. I informed the associates working the line and had no issue but they became hesitant to give me the tortilla until someone could verify I ordered it, the awkwardness in that one encounter just wasn’t pleasing. I’ve ordered from this location before and I should’ve trusted my gut feeling and drove to a further location because once I opened my food I was met with half a bowl with minimal rice (I ordered an extra scoop of rice) and was mainly lettuce. The guacamole was foul (pictured). The stinginess that comes out of this location is a bit ridiculous at this point. If people are paying anywhere from $12-$18 they deserve to have an actual meal and not a kids bowl.

This is the worst Chipotle I've visited on multiple occasions. The store is consistently dirty. The employees are so rude it's unbelievable. When you approach the counter they glare and start speaking in Spanish in a very angry, annoyed tone while rolling their eyes and making eye contact to be sure the customer is aware of their annoyance. The burritos are consistently made with extreme slop and lack of portions.The final time I will visit was Friday evening. The sweet Asian girl taking money is the only reason I did not just leave. She smiled, did a great job of attempting to up sale. She was the only one rushing around to clean the filthy lobby. All the while everyone else was shouting in Spanish, on their phones making literal no attempt to support their coworker.

The employees are rude and never seem happy about doing their job. Every time I order online, I’m scammed out of my money and get a half-filled burrito bowl, even though I asked for extra protein. The last time I came here, the sour cream was expired or something, and it tasted absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even eat the very small portion they gave me. Absolutely ridiculous that it’s the same bad experience every time!

Terrible experience twice in a row. The manager yelling at customers and slamming the cash drawer. Asked for extra chicken knowing I was going to pay extra and they gave me not even a half scoop more. I asked for the portion I deserve for the amount I'm paying. The manager said no that's how much you get. NEVER GO HERE. They are rude and careless. Throwing food all over and no gloves on half the employees.

I’ve been eating chipotle four times a week for the past 10 years. Today at 5:33 PM at this location I have officially had the best chipotle, bowl and chips and guacamole I have ever had in my entire life. Whoever was working, Whoever prepped the food and prepared the food, bravo!!! Best chipotle I’ve ever had in my entire life. ❤️
