When we went, they didn't have steak ready. Instead of giving us the option to wait, they just told us that they were out and we had to choose a different option.The friendliest person on the staff was the cashier.

We love chipotle but the Orchard location is a disappointment over and over again. Whether dining in person or by delivery, the food quality is not up to par with other locations and frequently things are missing. Tonight we had a DoorDash order for $60 with a $10 tip. One bowl was missing protein, cheese, salsa. HOW? Tacos with a few pieces of cold chicken and no cheese. We tried giving you our business many times but this was it. Taco Bell would have tasted better than what we had tonight. It’s clear that this seems to happen to most patrons. We won’t be back.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. For a while I thought I didn’t like chipotle ends up I just don’t like this store and the chipotle by my work is amazing.Small portions, and food comes out colder than other stores.

Can someone explain to me why there is no common sense in customer service? I went to this location today for lunch. Initially i ordered a bowl, but when I said I wanted chips in it, they directed me to the end of the counter. I said I wanted salsa and queso on them, and after they started blankly at me, I said "nachos". They said no. I asked if they had nachos, they said no. I said, you have chips, queso, and meat, and salsa, can you put it together? No. They offered chips and queso. I said I wanted nachos. No. So i questioned again, you have everything, but won't put it together? No. You know who has nachos? Taco Bell. You know where I went instead? Taco Bell. Ridiculous. I won't come back.

I have ordered both pick up and delivery from this location multiple times. More often than not I receive someone else’s order or my food is completely botched. As a retail worker myself I understand how busy and chaotic things can get but it’s become unacceptable at this point. I have to waste half of my lunch break picking out tomatoes from my food
