My husband and I drove all the way over there, excited to get our Beef and Bean Specials and come home and watch some basketball. We got Beef and Bean, no chile. Tried to call. No answer, just hangs up. ?

This was a very busy place and so we decided to go inside and really have to appreciate Angel, she managed to get people's food ordered and out in a timely manner. Very respectful and friendly, no customer service is greater than those who take the time to smile and work hard even during a busy time. Thank you Angel!

Very diverse and the front desk guy was super helpful in my 1st time here... On our way to Buccee's, it's a must now! Highly (x3), recommend ( because we went on 4/20 and had a few small sized chili cheese fries and cross joints... It felt like Harold and Kumar in the 1st movie).

This is not the spot the quality of food is horrible, they are missing a Manger to look. At food quality before it leaves. I. Got. Charge chubby size. And got a tiny box of fries. If. Your not. Doing chubby size take it off the menu. Their employees cooks do not care and it's clear. Do not eat here!!!!!!!

I have a soft spot for this place, been coming for a long time. Although it has been hit or miss over the years, its been on point lately. Generous, spicy portions of chili and cheese like I dream of. The last visit I actually received great customer service. Nice change from the OG.
Showed up this morning and was excited to get a burrito as I don’t get down this way too often. All lights and signs were on and it was 2 hours past their hours being open for business. The attendant inside had the door locked and shoo’d me away when I knocked. Was super bummed, as their burritos are pretty tasty.
Been coming here for years always get the same thing chilli cheese fries or tots both are straight ?? and never disappoint. Throw some onions chicharrones and a fried on top and it always slaps. Huge portions I can never finish a large small is usually more than enough.

We have been coming here for over 20 years. Today we’re disappointed. My husband ordered the special burrito. The girl at the register did not know what a special was. Which was ok. One of the ladies came and helped. But, they totally didn’t even put it in the bag of food. The burrito costs 6.70. Not cheep for beans, cheese & green chili. We don’t live in the area so when we are we stop and order chubby’s then get hamburger stand for the kids who do t eat chubbys. We checked the order and had to come back. But they called my husband a liar in Spanish! Made him come get all the order from the car….what a joke. So I went to eat a taco and the filling isn’t even inside the shell!! What the?!!!!! Oh and the burrito they made is sad! Not the best at they usually made. ?. We always have a large order. They had no customers so not sure why they wouldn’t give better service to the customers they had. People just loosing pride in their product.
