It was our first time in, the food was fantastic. Jasmine was our server and she was amazing! Made our day!

I don't love chains, but Chuy's is one of the few I'll go to again and again. Best chips and jalapeno ranch dressing. The taco salad is fantastic, and so is the quesadilla. Really haven't had anything bad there. The only problem is the patio. I love a patio marg. The last three times I've been there on absolutely spectacular patio days, the patio has been "closed" for one reason or another. Today, it was because it was "wet." All three times, I went somewhere else. I'm there for the patio. I'm not going to drink inside on a perfect day simply because there's room inside, and no one wants to wipe off a table. Please consider making the patio more available. If I show up on a perfect patio marg day and the patio is closed, I'm *always* going to go somewhere else. The other people I'm usually meeting there feel the same. I show up early to see if the patio is open since it has such a reputation for being closed, and when it is, I tell them to meet me at Torchy's instead.

I recently went here on Saturday for lunch and our server was Nathan. He did an excellent job recommending items. Both got the cobb salad with the jalapeno ranch dressing which I highly recommend and is exceptionally filling and has Grilled Chicken on it which is warm and is exceptional. The atmosphere is fun but not intrusive the food was really good and fresh probably the best salad I've had in the year anywhere and the waiter was unpretentious. There's free chips and salsa and ultimately as much diet drinks refilled as you want. The place was spotless inside there's plenty of parking and I just think it's a great experience and the price is ridiculously affordable for what you get and what you spend at most walk-ups we got out of this racks route for under 30 bucks plus the tip. I will definitely be going back here to eat it'll be one of my go-to places. That salad was just outstanding and I don't get service like that in many restaurants.

Seems to be busy for food that was ok. It wasn't great, but good.

Love Chuy’s…but what I love most is that our rental car battery died in the parking lot (we didn’t even eat there) and I called and asked for help and they sent someone out. His name was Sean and he jumped us off and helped us make our flight out of Denver on time. Thanks for the help man! Y’all are awesome.

One of our favorites, and a nice reminder of back home in Texas! A must-stop anytime one of us lands in Denver.

We have been coming to this Chuys since its grand opening (and we have been to a lot of the Chuys around Colorado). After COVID, we had constant let downs in food quality, service, and hospitality at every single Chuys we had gone to. We even stopped coming to Chuys for a while because we couldn’t justify the experience. Well today, Promise was our server, and she not only made up for the past experiences, but she was one of the best servers we have had in a very long time. She was attentive, prompt, and competent in understanding our complicated order. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful and we’re excited to come back to Chuys because they have the best tortillas and queso around!

Went here last night as we were hungry for Mexican food. Sunday night place was completely empty. Three of us. Salsa is more like pico de gallo. Ordered queso, came out cold. Had one Diet Coke, one burrito, one taco plate, and one quesadilla. Total was almost $70! Food was mediocre at best but the price was insane for what we got. Texas has much better Mexican food and it’s much cheaper. Although this is a Texas chain they have California prices. Beware!

Tasty food. Fun staff. Nacho bar has left. Lots of other dishes are back, though. No more daily rotating dishes.

Have been here a handful of times where our experience was a good one but tonight it was terrible. Our food came out of the kitchen literally 5 min after ordering which is never a good sign unless you’re at a fast food restaurant . My chicken soft tacos were cold and the chicken was so hard in parts I had to spit it out. We sat in the bar area and our server was moving so quickly we felt rushed annd entire time there was no more than 30 min. Sadly that will probably be our last visit as it’s not worth the $75 we paid.
