Friendly staff, but incredibly slow. Over 30 minute wait for a bagel. Staff giving orders to the wrong people, manager yelling at employees. Absolute chaos!

The service was good, but the rewards gift were these mini bagel bites that were as hard as a rock. The poppyseed bagel had about 10 poppy seeds, but the honey whole bagel was good. The employees had this weird green goo on their hands, and they were joking around and touching each other with this mysterious green goo. The atmosphere was nice, and the employees were also pretty nice. The food took a while for us to get, but overall I rate this a 2 star experience because of the quality of the food.

I ordered the bacon brunch special, only the sandwich came. The bagel was supposed to jalapeño cheddar, from the picture you can see the quality was horrible. I tried to call the restaurant but after several failed attempts to reach anyone, I gave up.

Joke! Got 3 orders of avocado toast. Between all three there may have been enough avocado for one order. Pretty expensive item to get home to basically eat a dry toasted bagel. You think to make sure you have all your items before you drive off but didn't think I needed to check the quality. Tipping in a drive thru is already a tough thing to do but now I definitely feel taken advantage of given the quality of the items I tipped for.

I decided to go through the drive through and treat myself to Einstein’s for the first time in a long time. There were only about four cars ahead of me. I placed my order at 8:42am on 2/9/24. I didn’t leave the drive through until 9:13.I understand things get busy and I have worked in service and know that it’s hard. There is no excuse for this at all. I cannot believe it would 30 minutes to get a bagel to people. When I got to the window I actually just left. Since it seemed each person ahead of me would pay then have to sit there for at least ten minutes. It’s absolutely insane.

If I could give you people 0 stars I would !!! What is so hard about making freaking bagels !!!!!!! Literally have never had my order correct - this morning my untoasted bagel had literally NO CREAM CHEESE ON IT - LITERALLY TOAST THE BAGEL AND PUT ON CREAM CHEESE THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE !!!! No other Einstein location is this bad.
You guys ask for tips on every single order but you can’t even bother to give me napkins in my bag.

Waited in line for almost 40 min for a bagel and coffee. unreal, now I’m going to be late to work something I thought should take 5 min took up my entire morning and then to top it off the coffee was watery and not good at all.

Just called the store and spoke to someone name Aaron (apologies if it’s mispelled) about me missing an item from my order yesterday. Without any hesitation I was offered two options and was really appreciative for the help on my missed item. The food we had yesterday was amazing!! Thanks for making my day and for helping solve my problem so quickly. Will definitely be in again!

This location is by far the worst with their drive thru service! They leave you waiting in the drive thru forever and when you get to the window you wait a long time for them to even take your payment and give you your food.I went there yesterday and got 1 bagel with cream cheese and waited for 20 min in the drive thru total and there was only one car in front of me! Another time I waited in the drive thru for 30 min! How long does it take to toast a bagel and put cream cheese on it?!

I was a bit peeved that my order was wrong but some of the fault is mine for trusting and not checking before I got home 10 min later. However when I returned w my wrong order the manager made it right ASAP without any judgement and also gave us coupons for free sandwiches for our trouble. Very professional and beyond what I expected. Thank you! By the way, their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The pizza bagel was pretty delish but it got soggy by the time I returned with the other bagels. I'm sure it would have been better hot.
