The food here is really good however the employees are rather rude and short with us every time. They seem annoyed that we are even there. If you can get past that and enjoy your meal then it's great.

This location seems to always puts their serving trays in unappealing bags to be sealed up and stored for the next day when you come in 1-2 hours before they close. It doesn’t give me the impression that the food is very fresh. Also, they put away their supposed bottomless horchata and aguas frescas drink options in a giant container in the fridge behind the counter. It’s quite frustrating.

I really love the food they serve at Costa vida. The only problem I have with this restaurant is the front door. It is absolutely so dangerous! I have two small children and I always have to tell them to stand behind me while I pull open the front door. That door is so heavy to open that with all my force it can still pull me forward and slam itself shut! So I am afraid that that door can cut off fingers!! It is so bad that there are times that I just drive to another food place just to avoid that door. That's how dangerous that door is! If you are a manager reading this review, could you please, please consider repairing that door. And I would happily be a frequent customer at your restaurant because honestly I love the tacos and black beans Costa Vida serves. But please repair that door so it's not so dangerous, especially to children.

This is, by far, my favorite fast-casual burrito. The tortillas, in particular, are absolutely a step above Chipotle/Qdoba, etc.. Portions are generous, and the queso smothering is delicious.

Great food made to order right in front of you, with unique flavors and ingredients, melted to perfection under the oven.Vegetarian options: You have the option of adding cheese or just veggies, including black beans, cilantro lime rice, and lettuce and just foregoing the meat-based protein. Sauces are delicious, and everything is made to order, including their homemade tortillas, right in front of you, so you see exactly what you are getting. There is only one griddle however, and everything is prepared on that, so no separate vegetarian cooking surface. Very careful prep, though.Parking: I parked right in front of the restaurant, making it easy for me to get my dishes to the car.
Don’t order ahead they still make you wait in line and don’t start your order until your there. Workers are completely rude and ignore you.

I'm a regular customer of this place for taco Tuesday. I really love their chicken. No weird pieces of fat or gristle. Their tortillas are thick and made fresh. I find their food quality better than Qdoba and Chipotle. I am always friendly to the service, and the service is always friendly back to me. Highly recommend.
