Got their thin crust pepperoni pizza. Overall I thought it was a good pizza. It wasn’t over or under cooked.

I dislike giving bad reviews because I know people work very hard in restaurants. However: this was out first Donato's pizza. We got The Works pizza. We expected a lot of toppings but there were very little toppings. Papa Murphy's Friday $5 pizza has more toppings than this The Works pizza. We couldn't taste any sauce. The crust had a flatbread feel to it, but was like cardboard. There was very little cheese. We expected to be 'wowwed' by this pizza but instead were very disappointed for this $15 pizza. We will look elsewhere for a good local pizza.

Just had Donatos pizza absolutely the best pizza l have eaten in Colorado. Looking forward to ordering from here the next time l eat pizza again

This was our first time having Donatos Pizza. Worst pizza I have ever had. Crust tasted like cardboard, pizza had no sauce on it. Hardly any toppings! You would think ordering The Works Pizza that you would get more than one piece of sausage or mushroom on a slice. Instead of The Works Pizza,this should be called The Worst Pizza!

Been coming here for years and even gave it a second chance after the whole E. coli bit. Food was ehh but kids like it. Did call ahead seating was told 50 minutes just to be told it could be about another 30-45 min. Save your self some time and go somewhere. I expect this location will be closed soon.

2 stars because the waitress was really good, a 1 because the jalapeno coins were good, a zero because the fries were stale and old and because my burger was very over cooked. I ordered mine medium and hubby got medium well, his was less done than mine and he got it how he wanted, mine was over well and burnt, it was my birthday burger so it was free but I didn't take what was leftover because its hard to reheat something that was over cooked the first time. It was a very disappointing lunch for sure.

I believe that most of the recent negative reviews that this place has received is due to the virus shutdown and places having to upend their entire way of doing business. Yes there is going to be long waits at busy times such as on weekends because of the reduced amount of seating due to social distancing, and yes the food is not going to be sizzling hot after it has been transported for over 30 mins or more by a food delivery service. When I arrived at this location I was immediately seated at the bar. The waitress/bartender was friendly and took my order right away. The food arrived shortly thereafter and it was well prepared, tasty, and well proportioned. There was a short wait for the order of bottomless fries at the end of my meal, but overall it was a good experience given the current pandemic situation.

This place is terrible , we waited 20-30 minutes to get cold food, and the person who took it out to us didn't knock on the window or anything just very creepily went to the passenger door and tried opening it like she was about to rob us type deal. Scared us . On top of all that they got 2 items wrong in the meal almost on purpose it seems. Example is one item I asked to remove pineapple from my boneless Jalapeño chicken wings , and they removed The jalapeños.... ya this place is a joke and I won't ever spend a dime here again and you shouldn't either .
This place has really gone down , . Curbside pickup has not been good the past few times . I thought I would give it one more shot . Cold fries .. and it wasn't even out on time. The food was a real disappointment.

I frequent this Red Robin location but was very disappointed today. Ordered take out and when I got home to eat the Chicken Avo-Cobb-O salad, the chicken was half the normal portion and was dried out to the point where it was like chewing on rubber, and the salad was missing the bacon. :-(

We've gone here once in a while; it's out of the way for us (usually we go the Broomfield - Flatiron Crossing store and sometimes the Longmont store). This is a reasonable Red Robin, but seems a little noisier than the others, probably due to the floor plan that doesn't have many barriers. Service ranges from OK to Good, like other Red Robins. Overall we think Red Robin has the most delicious burgers so that's usually what we get (I like the Smoke and Pepper and the Southern Charm). The Ensenada Chicken platter is also very good. Yesterday we ordered delivery through GrubHub and it worked well. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and all the orders were correct. The meals are delivered in sturdy red plastic trays with clear plastic tops, and each is labelled with the description of its contents. The trays and tops are reusable and recyclable, yay!

I don't know where to start... This was an order through Grub Hub. I'm just so disappointed. I wanted to treat myself and have a nice dinner. The kids are in bed, husbands still working. I just wanted to enjoy a quite hot dinner, I didn't have to cook and all to myself. I wish I just sucked it up and made my own dinner. I attached my receipt with the items I ordered. Now I've been at a Red Robin. The portions you receive in store verse delivery is drastically different. The milk shake was 3/4ths full. The fried pickles was crazy small compared to what you get in store. The kettle chips were soggy for some reason. The chicken sandwich was cold. I also didn't receive the ranch that was selected for the dipping sauce for the pickles. The excitement of having a dinner all to myself was quickly deflated by portions that should be half the price verse a true full order you would get in store. My suggestion... NEVER order for delivery or pick up. You will be extremely disappointed. Wait until everything ends with lockdown and actually go into the restaurant. At least you can address any issues in person verse a delivery and your just stuck with crappy food.
