This is consistently the worst Dunkin. I love dunkin, but this one always has the absolute worst service, my drink is wrong every other time, and I feel like employees are understaffed and undertrained 100% of the time

I’ve waited 15mins and still nothing. All I ordered thru drive thru was 2 avocado toast. My drinks were ready but seriously 15mins for toast and a premade avocado spears to find out there was no spread!!!! And the lady gave an attitude because I did say that is ridiculous that I’ve waited 15mins for that!!!!!! I’m pissed-Marela was very rude when I expressed how ridiculous the wait was I purchase two and only got $6 back!!!

I ordered online first time ever my kids wanted to try the new drinks. Last time I will order from them the kids liked their drinks I on the other hand hated mine. I order an iced chai with sweet cream cold foam it tasted more like coffee than chai and was missing the cold foam. The guy was really nice and was sweet enough to ler us know the doughnuts we had pre ordered were not available. I said it was fine and let him put in any he had available. But when we got home and opened them my kids were upset at how bland and sad they looked and just tried them. Will definitely not go back for chai or doughnuts. I forgot to take a picture of the chai but you can see from the picture my daughter took it’s missing the sweet cream.

I ordered a signature blueberry pecan latte. I did not get that today. It didn’t seem full enough, yet seemed to be all milk. My latte is so incredibly milky and does not taste like blueberry or pecan. No toppings or anything. Idk who answers the box but the girl who took my order today sounded fed up with me and even cut me off to ask “what?” while I was in the middle of a question. Maybe check in on your employees because it seems like there’s something they need to provide a certain atmosphere that they’re most likely not getting from management. I just wish my money went toward something that I don’t feel guilty about buying because it’s not worth it and the experience felt burdening. I’d love to see some improvement.

Today at 12:51 Pm i tried going through the drive thru and waited for 10 minutes with no one taking my order, i then went to the window and saw two of the workers, shorter girl and guy with facial hair sitting inside at a table on their phones. I parked and came inside and asked if they were open, after saying i waited for ten minutes outside they didn’t even apologize and continued to roll their eyes at me inside. honestly the most uncomfortable experience i’ve had in any establishment. i don’t like to leave reviews like this because i know that working in the service industry is difficult but this behavior was disrespectful at its best! Managers should seriously take a look at how their employees treat their customers. Never returning to this dunkin.

We got sourdough breakfast sandwiches they weren't toasted small pieces of bacon overcooked eggs, hashbrowns are nasty, coffee is watered down we drove 15 mins away to come get breakfast we had to come all the way back they didn't want to give us our money back. Don't waste your time or money all the bad reviews are correct.

The lady is so rude!! She started complaining to her coworker in Spanish saying I ordered assorted when I clearly didn't and didn't give me creamer or sugar for my coffee but she was being so ugly I didn't even want to ask for anything else.

I am a huge fan of Dunkin but have gotten trrrible food and service every time I try this one. I now just go to the Starbucks across the street for my daily doses of caffeine. warning: Taste what you get before you leave the drive thru!
