I have to agree with the user before my review Alfie. The service here is piss poor. They're busy talking and ignoring customers who are waiting outside in the cold (window service). If you want actual decent service use the drive thru because that's all they seem to focus on. I waited 11 minutes for 1 drink....a tea at that. It shouldn't take that long. When I attempted to make eye contact I was ignored. They were chatting away but ignoring their customers. Just avoid this location if possible to save yourself time.

Definitely a Gen Z trend. Everytime I come the service is such a disappointment, not worth the 30 min wait. I guess that's what I get for being a millennial, they treat you like an alien. I'm going back to starbucks.

Always so friendly! I know that it must suck to have to go out in our crazy weather, but they don't show it. They like to write lovely notes on the lids and it always makes my day!

Ever since they opened this location I have been made this my go to coffee shop. The wait is never too long even when there are lots of cars. The staff is absolutely amazing and has only ever screwed up my order once...out of probably hundreds of times. Consistently amazing service and amazing coffee!

The coffee and specialty drinks are fine especially if you've got a sweet tooth. I was pretty put off with a fruit smoothie I ordered however. I left it in my fridge for my husband to drink later, but that evening, the "smoothie" was mostly clear liquid on the bottom and a thick layer of orange froth just floating. Never seen a supposed real fruit smoothie do that before.
I got a golden eagle at the different location, it didn’t taste right. Then I came to this location and told them what happened, they fixed it for me and it was perfect! Thanks so much!
