The food wasn't as good as most Einstein's I've been to, but it was ok. The staff was efficient. HOWEVER, the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Grime everywhere. I doubt it had been cleaned in weeks.

Food was excellent. Extremely impressed with the District(?) Mgr that appeared and actually jumped in to help team handle business. Cashier was great but girl making order was rude and abrupt. She was impatient because we were unsure what to prder.

I'm delighted to share this Einstein Bagel Location is happy to add tomatoes and cucumbers to bagel orders. The request to add on tomatoes and cucumbers was taken without protest, and the fella who checked us out was very friendly and kind. He made our day! We are so glad to have stopped for breakfast at this location. We were happy to eat our bagel inside the restaurant.

The bagels were really good.It took 20 minutes to get our sandwiches.There were at least 6 employees….The Texas brisket did not taste anything like Texas Brisket. It just tasted like unflavored beef.The bathrooms were disgusting.

This is the most poorly managed location I've ever seen. The service is abysmally slow (average of 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches), the owner is a rude, old man and our order never comes out right.

Have been coming here for years for both dine-in and take-out. Latest visit for bagels and smears for weekend away. Bagels are very good and last for at least five days if re-packed in plastic bags. Smears (esp. jalapeno and onion) are quite tasty.
