I’ve been getting Chinese from this place for 10 years and I will continue to get my Chinese food here, and only here. It’s a staple in the neighborhood. They’ve never gotten an order wrong and the quality is consistent. I would recommend the wonton soup, pork lomein (it’s the BBQ pork kind, chicken broccoli, chicken wings, and cheese wonton (luckily it has no shrimp in it as I don’t eat seafood), and pork egg roll, in that order. I am originally from NY and enjoy that style, just for reference.

The cashew chicken was good; 4/5 stars. Unfortunately, the orange beef was extremely dry and bland with virtually no sauce, almost as if it had been sitting for hours under a heat lamp. We picked up our order about 5:30, so you'd think the food would be fresh for the dinner rush. Disappointed! Cannot recommend them unless they re-focus on making sure food is fresh and correctly sauced.

I've been eating here since they opened and its the only place I order from. Everything I've tried is fantastic but my faves are the combo lomein, combo noodle soup & moo goo gai pan. My boyfriend loves all their Mongolian dishes.

I ordered the garlic chicken and it tasted rancid. I called the restaurant and they did not care. I ended up getting sick the next day. Massive food poisoning that had me in bed or on the toilet for 24 hours.

This used to be my go to Chinese food place when I moved to Denver. My boyfriend and I got severe cases of food poisoning after ordering here one night after work. The next morning I left work visibly ill, went home and was down for 3 days straight. My boyfriend was so sick we had to call an ambulance. We both missed 2 days of work. I complained on their website and only asked for a refund and I never got a response.. it’s been 4 months. I haven’t eaten here since. I see others in the comments below have experienced similar situations with this place.

Ordered online and didn’t know entrees came with white rice. Most places you have to ask for white rice and the entrees come with fried rice. So an option for rice you would like would be a great option for future use.

Jackie’s is the best!! Myself, my girlfriend, and my roommate eat here at least 4 times a month. The food is great and is cooked in a timely manner, but it still ya like it’s cooked with love. The employees at the restaurant are very polite, efficient, and always have us leaving happy. I highly recommend trying it out!
