Absolutely love this Jamba Juice location! The staff is super friendly and are very efficient even when there's only one of them & they're slammed with orders.They always make my favorite (peanut butter moo'd) flawlessly.Highly recommend this location

1:30pm on a Saturday - 10 min wait at an empty front counter with no other in store customers. Even made eye contact but not a peep to say “we’ll be right with you”. Order then took 20min to prepare and was missing items, and one incorrectly prepared. Atmosphere was not welcoming, service was poor, food was ok. Don’t waste your time

We went in and ordered our drinks and 2 sweet pretzels. We never recieved the pretzels. I tried to call but no one ever answered. So now I'm out that money and anyone that goes to Jamba knows they are not cheap. The girl that worded did not seem like she liked her job or appreciated our service. The other lady in the back never came up to help her. I have.never had this bad of service at this location.

Went in with a bunch of boys hanging out with the worker. The worker (who had a rosary tattoo on her finger) was very rude. Told me to hold on with an attitude and after 5 minutes of waiting patiently and her just tapping away on her screen I asked if there was a system issue. She just rolled her eyes and said i don’t know and nothing else. I just left without getting anything and the boys went back to talking to the worker. Very bad service.

Very irresponsible workers. Randomly employees won't show up and the whole place shuts down. Made me super late to work. If you can save your self time and drive your self to rush bowls up the street. I've never had an issue with rush bowls.

Went to get juice, they couldn’t make a juice for whatever reason. Ordered a small smoothie that costs over 7 dollars. It’s not inflation, it’s price gouging at this point.

Always do a pickup order and my smoothie is always ready and delicious. Staff has been friendly everytime i’ve gone in.
Arrived at this location during working hours only to find the door locked and a badly handwritten sign taped to the door stating they would be closed for 30 minutes. You could clearly see two employees inside socializing instead of working. We waited for almost an hour before one of them finally opened the door... seems like they just wanted not to do any real work today.

I went and there was about 15 minutes til closing but the worker (looked a little younger) had already decided to close early. Very upset with this neglect and negative attitude towards working. Will not be coming back to Jamba Ill stick to Smoothie king. Door was already locked. Disappointed to say the least.

How can a smoothie place not have a cooler for to go orders? Every other place I go to puts the smoothies in the cooler and they are cold when you pick them up. I thought it was standard. Noone wants a warm separated smoothie
