The guy in the tan hat and light blue button up shirt was extremely rude and had a really bad attitude. I usually always order on the app, so I did not know that you start your order at the back of the restaurant. (The order here sign is 6” tall) and he decided to make a spectacle of me not knowing this rather than just saying “you can place your order down there”. Completely uncalled for and quite rude. I made no demands and simply asked for my order when I walked up and he said “how can I help you”Definitely needs some training in how to speak with people respectfully.

As a former employee this is a terrible ran shop. The managers don't answer the phone. They make repeating mistakes with what's supposed to go on sandwiches. They get upset if u don't leave tips and make bad comments about mostly everyone who comes in the store to each other. Jenna and Jayden not only treat they consumers with very bad service but do they employees the same. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place is a joke anymore. They can’t get the sandwich bread right ever. They make the sandwiches with so much sauce it’s soggy by the time you get it home or go pick it up. They forget toppings all the time whether you’re standing there watching them or not. Then they have the nerve to get upset you don’t leave a tip. Yeah well as much as one sandwich costs I should be able to order it and do my own thing without having to stair at them like a hawk making the stupid thing. I won’t be back ever again to this location or any others there’s plenty of other sandwich shops who will listen to you and put what you want on the sandwich that is the same price or cheaper then this barfy place. Save your money and order from elsewhere.

Placed an order for pick up with no issue. Picked up order and purchased a bag of chips separately cause forgot to add in order. I'm not happy with this said order. Once I got home I discovered the bread requested was NOT received. I specifically ordered online cause I was in a hurry and couldn't wait. Plus who could get it wrong in writing AND in front of you? Well you got it! This location did. Very disappointing. *Got a call from the location owner David Phillips. Wanted to offer excuses rather than find solutions. Not a pleasant man and uncompassionate.

I always thought there were guidelines for food handling. We went in here yesterday and ordered two sandwiches. There were three young men behind the counter. Two of the young men had short hair and both were wearing hats. The third young man, who by the way was making our sandwiches, had hair like Side Show Bob from the Simpson. He was NOT wearing a hat nor was he wearing a hair net! As he shuffled back n forth grabbing different meats and bread etc his hair bounced and swung ALL OVER! Disgusting! Oh and gloves?? NOPE wasn't wearing those either! Probably the last time we will purchase food from this store unless they change their practices.
