Food is good. But when I asked to have mayo and avacado spread on the side for half my sandwich, I was met with an attitude and rolled eyes by the guy making it. My “side of avacado spread” barely filled half the container. And one small piece of meat on the sandwich.

Stopped in today for a sandwich and I have to say I had a lovely experience! Jody was at the counter taking orders and I assumed she knew the person ahead of me because she was being so friendly and personable. No, as I found out, that’s just Jody. Jody is a whole vibe and someone needs to give this woman a raise! She made me feel so special and took a genuine interest in me while taking and making my order. The whole crew there was wonderful but Jody was definitely leading the team and setting the vibe for the location. Thanks for making my afternoon Jody!

1st call I was left on hold to check my address, never came back. I made 5 subsequent calls -NO ANSWER. 6th call they still debated my address (which I had already ordered from them 2 times prior). I asked about prices since I couldn't find them online. I was told $10-11 for sandwiches. I ordered beach club, added avocado and roast beef and chips. Price went up to $21! $10 for a few slices of roast beef, avocado and chips!! I told the girl I was surprised by the total, she replied that doesn't include delivery cost and tip and that I was pretty far out of their way!?!? Mind you they delivered here twice. Price was closer to $30!! I CANCELLED AND WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!

I went in to pick up a catering order today. I encountered an extremely friendly and fun group of staff. They even assisted me in carrying the food to my car. Definitely an above and beyond team! The sandwiches and wraps were all great. Thank you!

Even though I prefer local Mom & Pop eateries to national chains, JJ’s I’ve always found to be consistent and good quality in their product with a pretty extensive menu.
The only person that was working that evening of 10-23-23 was fantastic! The sandwich was spot on!

This location was unbelievably rude hung up the phone on me twice when I was trying to cancel my delivery. Waited an hour for my food for them to tell me they don’t have a delivery driver and that they were going to call me. Do not recommend this location.

It appears that Jimmy John's is no longer freaky fast after charging almost as much as Domino's for delivery. It took nearly an hour for me to get my food after it was "out for delivery" and I'm only 10 minutes away from the store
