Went in to place an order. Three guys just stood in the kitchen area, looking at me without taking my order. Finally, another guy comes out from a side door and takes my order. It took 30 minutes for them to give me my order after it apparently sat under their heat lamp for about 10 minutes. I got home, and the sauce was sour. The meatballs were bland with no flavor and cold, and the cheese was barely melted. They definitely are overpriced compared to other pizza places in the area, and the customer service is terrible. We threw our food in the trash after a few bites. It was horrible. Don't waste your time with this place. It's a ripoff.

Ordered yesterday around ~$94. ZERO CALL BACK, email etc. order cancelled citing we entered a wrong phone#, which we didn’t. I drove to the store, SHOWED the email confirmation with the full phone#. They were out of stock of most everything, some toppings, most soda. So instead of saying so, made us out to be the bad guys with bad data entered. They offered the original (now cold) pizza and a redo. Very poor service. They said they tried to push from grubhub (who didn’t show the order at all) to Doordash too (but if a bad #, what was given them?). Yet WE have to wait for the card funds to be released back. Pretty sure we won’t be ordering from you going forward.

I placed my order at the restaurant. They said 10-15 minutes. We waited over 35 minutes before I went up and asked about it. He said "Oh yeah, here it is, it's been sitting here a while. I thought I called your name." Ok, my bad, maybe I didn't hear him. Looked at the receipt taped to the box, it said "DINE IN." We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. You wouldn't think of calling my name again??Then, my son left his wallet in the booth. I called them about 30 minutes after we left to let them know. The phone rang and rang and rang for over 45 minutes, but no one answered. This was around 9 pm. Their website said they don't take to-go orders after 10 pm but they're open until 11 pm. Why the heck would you not answer the phone at 9 pm?!?!? To say I had a bad experience with this place is an understatement.

Ordered from marcos but door dash brought a cold pizza and not even the right one nor the family salad. Called an was on hold for 30ish min then repeatedly kept calling to get this fixed an not a person has picked up. I have my kids tonight or I'd be on the way up there but I will be coming up tomorrow. $42 wasted, great job guys! Thank you.

I ordered the Big Cheese with double green olives...there was only a few green olives which is frustrating because adding extra toppings now days is super expensive. I also ordered a Buff. Chicken Pizzoli-the bread wasnt even cooked inside. It was raw dough. I tried to do a review through the app (because I'm not a fan of negatively reviewing a local restaurant), however, everytime i tried to do that, it would direct me back to placing an order. Salad was great. Just disappointed for a $40 meal.

Went in for dinner with my family and it took over 45 mins toGet our salad, wings and pizza. Counter employee was not friendly, place was messy and rundown. Kinda reminded me of a bar. After 45 mins of waiting for our food found on that our wings and pizza had been ready for over 30 mins they were just waiting on the salads. I don’t understand how pizza and wings can be ready before a simple salad. Anyways pizza and wings were cold. Unsure if previous owner sold the place or not. If so new ownership needs to work on some things.Don’t recommend and overpriced

Feels more like a sports bar and pizza is the side business. Ordered for dine in. Waited almost 45 min and no pizza. I finally went to check on our order and discovered it was sitting with to go orders for almost a half hour. No one called my name or brought the pizza over. No apologies.Lived in the neighborhood for 25 years and decided to try it for the first time... It is also the last time.

The last two times I have ordered from this place and the order has been late or incorrect. Ordered at 6:25 today and now expected delivery time is 8:05. They said they only had one driver and it was sitting there. Managers have been apologetic and all, but this is ridiculous. They used to be the fastest, most reliable place in the area.
