I’ve been looking for an amazing local Mexican Restaurant and I have found it! It’s a cozy cute place that is very welcoming. The food! You get a lot for what you pay for, in my case I paid $12 and got a chicken chimichanga, pork tamale and a cheese enchilada — served with rice and beans. So enough to take home for lunch the next day too. Everything was great!!! I’m picky about chicken chimichanga’s and this place is my new spot to enjoy it. Highly recommend. <3

Found this spot while searching for new restaurants near me. Place is hidden in the corner of a gas station and small strip mall. Didn't see a whole lot of cars upon arrival so we were skeptical of eating here. Upon entering we were really surprised because it was really nice. Neatly decorated with warm inviting lighting. Menu was easy to read without a whole having to read an essay of how they came to be. We ordered the queso fundido for appetizer, our entrees were flank steak w/ shrimp and shrimp rellenos (bacon wrapped with cheese) The queso fundido was outstanding and quite filling. Shrimp was flavorful. Steak was kinda chewy and had a lot of grizzled. Fried potatoes were good but needed more seasoning. Overall we enjoyed it. The place opened up during covid and wasn't able to really establish themselves. Especially with the closings and take out only. Who wants to order from a new restaurant. Highly recommend ?

Small Kool atmosphere,the staff was friendly and service was great ??My food came out quicklyI had Da Mexican burger ? & my babe had Da 7 something soup ?My babe didn’t even eat her food ?She wasn’t feeling it,however I smashed everything & I think ? that soup ? had octopus ? in it.Everything was pretty bomb ? & I’ll definitely be back.Check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood.Holla at a Playa!!!!! ??

Food was so good and authentic (spices and freshness). Ordered pork tamales and the Chef gave me an extra one. Hubby had smothered chicken burrito and just as good. Waitress was friendly and food arrived table hot and fast. Definitely going back!

Our server was very pleasant. However, the food was below average for Mexican food. It almost tasted watered-down. Chips were not fresh and crisp. A bit of a dissapoint for sure. I've not had a chimichanga that wasn't so fried before. We are from the mid south and we have great Mexican food there. And white panco's dip.. We'll not visit again.

I went here to meet a client for work and was impressed with how good the food was! I got cheese enchiladas which were so good. The real kicker is the salsa! This place has my favorite salsa around! So good!

The food here was revolting, I spent almost $60 and had to throw most of my good away. The red Enchilada sauce tasted old, my chimichanga was just burrito, and the beans had gone bad. A restaurant that serves old food shouldn't be open.
