The people at the drive-thru are always so kind and friendly. I love going to this McDonald's only because the morning crew is always the best and never say no when you request extra butter or jelly packets or hot sauce packets like most other McDonald's.
When I can get it fresh and hot!!!! AND get a deal with the app!!!! It's the best occasional cheat!

Very bad, 15 days ago I went to buy some muffins with eggs and they gave them to me without eggs, I had to get out of the car and yesterday morning I was aggressive, I showed her the payment. Today I went again to see the children they hired, they were playing, she gave me a bad refreshment covered when I grabbed it, it fell off, I got it out of the car ? and all my clothes and my cell phone got wet

The food at this location is usually fairly decent. But I got up early today in the cold to go get myself some breakfast to start my day because this location said they were open at 4 AM online. Only to arrive at 4:20 wait 10 minutes just to find there are in fact no employees in the building. "It also says hours verified 7 days ago which is false advertisement"

I’ve had tested this location 14 days over the last month and every time I showed up at 9 PM or after and their ice cream machine isn’t working. It’s locations like these that fuel the national criticism of large brands. McDonald’s is constantly in the paper nowadays for not being able to meet certain financial goals while ice cream is an add-on that can boost earnings. Honestly, at this location it’s the shift that are eager to turn off the services out of laziness because they can leave sooner and not have to deal with it…I’ve seen it firsthand. Criticism yes, but it had to be said.
