I have been to this place 2 times at this time of night. I request no pickles because my daughter has an allergic reaction which cause me to use a epinephrine pin than to the hospital. Both times the night manger Ms. Valeria if that is how you sound out her name.Has stated she not going to help me if I had a attitude.Seriously this place has sent my daughter to the hospital twice because the lack of professionalism and work ethic. I work in a kitchen and to not pay attention to detail when it comes to the guest medical needs. I would like to know what is going you be done about this ?

Just left, horrible service. They were extremely rude to the family in front of me. And me after them. I was with my family and their attitude made the little ones uncomfortable. After asking for her name she said she doesn't have to give her name. The manager smiled and replied "I'm the manager, you can just use my name. Jennifer." As if knowing nothing will come of this. Very poor customer service and hostile interaction. My meal was sloppy and rushed. Will not be returning.

Will never go back! Got charged for bbq packets lol. I see now that I've read some of the other reviews they are really crazy with the extra charges. Too bad Jennifer and her minion are driving business away?

10/27/2020 lady ringing our order was amazing.Food was quick.Dont go there before 3:30 am it freezes drivethru because they are prepping for morning shift.

I stopped going to this McDonald’s a few years ago after getting a green egg in a breakfast sandwich. Thought I would try it out again this am. I ordered from DoorDash one item I wanted especially was a vanilla milkshake as I’ve had heartburn for a few hours and need to go to bed soon from my overnight job. My order came and one my hash browns were laying on top of the napkins which made them soaked with grease. Then I noticed it.. no vanilla milkshake ? instead they gave me what I could only guess from the look of it a Carmel frozen coffee (I did taste it to make sure it really was coffee... it was ?) well as I said before I wanted a soothing shake to sooth my heartburn also since I am trying to get to sleep... so coffee is definitely not going to work. It seems once again I will be swearing off this McDonald’s as they have not truly improved.

Don't appreciate it when I go through the drive through and am ALWAYS ask to pull forward and park to wait for my order!

I have a high level of patience and understanding. However, I'm just simply tired of hearing, "sorry" every time I come to this location. Either I have incredibly bad luck or there's some issues that need to be addressed at this location. Today I was waiting for roughly 20-25 min. at the curbside pick up before I decided to go inside to inquire what was going on. It wasn't that my food wasn't made to order, it simply wasn't delivered. In the end, I got cold food (again) and an apology (again). You're better off going across the street, walking to the McDonald's inside off Walmart. They run a skeleton crew there and yet their service is better.
