I’ve been here twice and got a large poke bowl each time. It is so delicious! Ingredients are fresh & the staff is so friendly ! I get the brown rice and the salad half and half as the base and do tuna & salmon for the protein. Also love the house sauce. I will be back to visit again!

Definitely the best ramen to be had in the northern metro Denver area! The interior ambience is clean and minimalist and leans more fast-casual, however the service and food are excellent (the ladies who are often there are always so polite and helpful) and it really elevates the casual dining experience.

I’ve been to a lot of the poke places in the area and mugi is our fave. It’s so clean, Friendly, and beautiful quality ingredients. I’m excited to try a miso ramen before the winter ends.
Ordered the largest bowl they have for $19. It was about 4 cups of white rice with 10 small pieces of fish. Very little sauce, and some dry cucumbers. The fried chicken was about 50% fat inside, absolutely disgusting and unedible. They serve very low quality food here. Probably the worst poke I’ve had.

We have been going to Mugi regularly for a few years now and it's never disappointed!The staff are always friendly and always act with urgency, we've never had to wait long even when we dine in. We usually get the same woman probably because we go around the same time and she's always so sweet! I'll have to get her name to add here next time I go!They have tofu and a large array of vegetables to build your poke bowl if you're a vegetarian, it's great to have that option!Fish has always tasted fresh to me as well.They are great about making your ramen the way you like it, I always request them to make mine extra spicy and they oblige with gusto, it's always perfect.Absolutely great spot!!
Seating was plentiful. Service was quick. Ramen was good. Broth came out at the right temperature. Gyoza was pretty good. The karage chicken was more like chicken nuggets and the batter did not taste like other karage I've ever tasted.

Mugi Ramen was super good! Perfect choice for these cold days. We got noodles and broth for the kiddo, the creamy chicken ramen and the shirt ramen. The staff were kind and helpful. If you want to try ramen for the first time or you have enjoyed it before, this is the place for sure!
