I’m not surprised by the negative reviews on here after my experience tonight. A woman with glasses was so nasty that I walked out and called another location that kindly took care of me. Even though this one is closer I most likely would never come here again if the manager doesn’t make things right. This staff member had an evil look to her too. Freaked me out. She really needs to be kind to people looking like that. :) maybe that’s why she’s so nasty though.

The manager was very rude. My husband ordered a meal that came with chicken, then he ordered shrimp as an add on. She argued with him that he would also have to pay extra for chicken. We will not go to this location again, she should not be a manager if she doesnt understand how ordering an add on works. She didnt even try to make ot right! Horrible customer service!!! 0/5 stars if I could

I love noodles and company, food is awesome, and staff at this location are very kind, but this specific location has a very pungent, sewage like smell. I went in a while ago and thought maybe it was just a one time thing, but just went back yesterday and still REAKED.
Something is wrong at this place. When we walked in, the restaurant smelled like sewage. We immediately left.

Food is just ok, but the prices are reasonable and the portions are more than fair. The sauces taste like they come in pre made and the noodles are just boiled dried pasta. Good menu, though, clean restaurant, and it's hard to eat cheaper elsewhere and still have leftovers.

I ordered very simple butter noodles with chicken on top. I got a large my friend got a small no chicken and it was $17 for just noodles there's way better places out there for that kind of money.
The food was good... just not for the price, hard to pay that much for pasta. The employees we talked to were all wonderful though!

Gross. Overcooked chicken and noodles. Couldn’t eat it. Went into the trash. Bathroom was dirty and smelled like someone died in there. Won’t be going to noodles and company ever again!

The BEST Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. We sat outside and really enjoyed ourselves. My only complaint would be how disgusting the tables were. Definitely bring your own wipes to wipe the tables down before you sit to eat. If you don’t, you will be left with a black residue on whatever part of your body is touching the table. Also, paper straws suck! Paper straws wrapped in plastic suck even more. Just give us back the straws that don’t disintegrate in our drinks, please! Just my two cents.

Awesome people, very friendly! The Pad Thai was very tasty. However, my buttered noodles were gummy(I literally live .5 miles away), and the seasonings were basically non-existent. It’s my favorite, so I was bummed!
