I been ordering from here for a while, they always serve good pizza/ other food. Never had much problems expect for tonight with delivery but thanks to Mason for making it right. Hats off to you and everyone in the kitchen.

We were terribly disappointed with a recent order in March 2024. The pizza was overcooked with very little cheese and no marinara. I'm not exagerating when I say that it tasted exactly like the cardboard box it came in. I noted the lack of cheese to the employee upon pickup and she did nothing. Someone needs to contact the United States patent office and rescind the name Pizza Hut from a restaurant that clearly doesn't know Pizza. The name on their signs should read "Horrible Food!"

After placing an order for pizza at 7:05 PM and receiving a phone call at 7:45PM due to them being out of regular crust, which led us to accept their alternative option (thin crust), unfortunately upon its arrival around 8:40 PM in a burnt & dry state rendering it completely unpleasant to eat; considering my previous experiences with ordering thin crust haven been great until now - I am very dissatisfied and hope for a full refund.

Pretty bummed, family loves ranch with our pizza. I asked for extra ranch with our order, 3 specifically and got delivered none. The ordering process was also not great they kept pushing me to other locations since i wasnt in their zone, quite frustrating. Ive got this sticker that says it was checked for accuracy but doesnt seem like it. I called to see if i was charged for the ranch and the lady seemed like she could care less telling me that it wasnt a guarantee for whatever reason cause the driver was out already on deliver which made zero sense, i called and placed the order and requested the ranch then and there.

Firstly, the Medium Original Pan® Pizza I received was disappointingly greasy and did not match my specified ingredients: Classic Marinara Sauce, Easy On Cheese, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage. To make matters worse, the 16-piece Hot Honey Boneless Wings I ordered were delivered as emitting a pungent vinegar smell and bearing no resemblance to the hot honey wings I expected.Attempting to rectify the situation, I contacted the store and was promised a replacement by a representative. However, this replacement never arrived, and I received no updates or follow-up communication.This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I have lost confidence in the accuracy of Pizza Hut's orders and the quality of their customer service. Unfortunately, this means I won't be considering Pizza Hut for future orders.Given the significant inconvenience, unfulfilled promises, and overall disappointment, I am compelled to give this experience a one-star rating. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when ordering from this location.

I believe their flavors have improved over the years. Certainly good deals once in awhile. However this last time I had ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta bake. When I got home and started eating, found there was no chicken in the pasta bake. Only slightly irritated because it still tasted very good.
This one star review is fake, as I am one of the managers at this location. I like to check the reviews of the store every so often, and not having the ability to reply to any review posted on google, yelp, or any other review site, good or bad. Sucks. I am putting this out there. Ask for the Beanie guy, or come in Wed/Thrusday 5pm to Close, or Sat/Sunday 10am-6pm and ask for the manager. And if you have ever had an issue with this location, I'll make it right. Mistakes unfortunately happen, but rectifying them in a professional manner is what I care about. So is trying to provide the best Pizza Hut experience to the best of my ability. Happy Pizza Day to anyone reading this.:)

I recommend this location over any! My order was ready right on the dot and the gentleman running front counter was amazing! Better yet my pizza and wings taste perfect!! :) Not to mention the prizes are great as well!

pizza is fine but the girl on the phone friday nights is so rude. wouldn’t answer my question and insisted they couldn’t deliver to my address even though i’ve done it before AND the website says i can order to my house. she had so much attitude even though i only asked her if they were still out of the breadsticks.
