The worst experience in my life. The person behind me found a roach running on his plate. I couldn't even eat my food cause I heard it and now I'm looking around to see if there's roaches. I talked to the manager in the manner. Said wow, we spray every other week
We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and had a excellent time. Our server Emily was very friendly and took great care of us. The manager Bo came around to our table and wished us a happy Anniversary and made sure my husband got extra bread which my husband loves Saltgrass's bread!! We were very Happy with out anniversary lunch!! Great food, great staff!!

Excellent food and service.Decor is close to a high-class Texas Roadhouse.Reasonably priced for the quality.
I've eaten at Saltgrass 2 times, 2 different locations, both just mediocre at best. Service wasn't the problem, the food was. I ordered different things both times. I expect more from a steakhouse. Not everyone likes spicy, overly peppered steak.
Our server Jesse was phenomenal, very intelligent. Food was also phenomenal this place never disappoints for sure ?. Will definitely be back once I'm back in Colorado again ?.

I liked it. The staff was super friendly the food was served fresh and hot. The steaks were cooked the way we asked. The steaks were tender and juicy. The fresh bread was also delicious as well. I got the smoked Mac and cheese which was good and I also got the asparagus. And the loaded baked potato soup and a house Salad I definitely recommend this place and I'll be going back in the future??

Unorganized, poor customer service. Our order was not only put in wrong but the staff made it seem as though it was our fault for their mistake. By the time it was correctly delivered our food was cold and staff was rude. This was our first time in and will be our last. We can find lack luster service and food quality at a much cheaper price point.

ordered simple ribeyes, they came covered in garlic and the menu said nothing about garlic , we paid almost 7 dollars for a tiny cup of mushrooms covered in chunks of garlic , it took 25 mins to get a simple vodka sprite , the manager came over he knew we were upset when our baked potatoes came covered in green onions, we specifically asked the waitress if it was chives or green onions and she said 3 times they were chives , they came covered in green onions , we don't eat onions or garlic , for the prices i except things to be what we are paying for , the manger apologized and left and never came back , we paid 40 dollars for 2 drinks and a babysitter extra time so we could go somewhere else and get food , we paid extra hours for a sitter and we paid 40 dollars for nothing and never saw manager again , our drinks should've been comped , horrible first time experience and now we'll never go again
