This is the third time in a row that issues have occurred and truly screwed up the whole experience. Tonight we tried to order a couple of milkshakes, we specified which ones and upon reviewing the screen I saw that they did not match what I asked for. I informed them and they said "okay it'll be X amount" I tried again to inform them that what they had was not correct and they said it'd be fixed at the window. I get to the window and they do not confirm my order, take my card and then doddle for quite literally 10 mins before we get our drinks. They were not the drinks we asked for, and better yet to this story of incompetence they were not even the drinks that they rung us up for on the receipt. So for anyone else out there getting the wrong drinks, I'm sorry you probably got ours!I wish there was a counter to request a refund or something because this is beyond ridiculous. I get its sonic and it's minimum wage paid highschoolers but a business needs to be held to a higher standard

Good evening. Just left there and highly unsatisfied. If I could get a refund, I would. I ordered a large oreo cheesecake master shake, a medium oreo chocolate master shake, and a small strawberry limeade. Only 1 of those items were correct(and it wasn't either of the shakes)The people working there(my receipt says Riley) were rude and did not listen to our order causing to repeat it multiple times only for it to be wrong.I'm super disappointed and probably won't be back!

Me and my wife were trying to get 2 vanilla cokes with real cream extra cream. First time they brought out one coke with no cream, we asked for our second coke vanilla with cream, extra cream and for the first one to be remade to what we ordered, they come back out with 2 drinks that are less than what we asked for. And asked for payment for drink number 2. The first drink rang up as $2.05 the second coke $2.59 dont know how thats possible when we attempted to get the same thing. While waiting for my card we were looking at these Regular coke with maybe some cream? We get the recipt back for $2.59 and it says reg coke ad rel crm extra rl crm so I press the button to ask for the correct items because this isn't it. Some man who works there came out with just some real cream, not understanding the real problem is my wife and I wanted vanilla coke not Regular. So the man took the 2 drinks they brought out to us for correction number 2 now and threw them away in the trash right in front of me and my wife. So now my wife doesn't want anything that come out of that kitchen due to the fear of retaliation. All she wanted was a vanilla coke cream extra cream. It's that simple but we got called ridiculous for asking for a refund and not accepting the 3rd tried corrected sodas, I made sure to record the encounter, the manager made sure he got a few pics of me too after he knew he was on camera. Went behind a window and picked up the phone as if he was calling the cops on me and my family for wanting a drink from sonic lol.

I used to come here 3 to 4 times a weeks and order lots of food.... I ordered onion rings extra crispy with 3 chicken tenders and the people working that day thought it would be funny to rip up my tender give me soggy tator tots with ONE onion ring on top. When I asked then to fix it they gave me attitude and I even asked them nicely it's not like I was being mean and pulling a Karen on them. I will NEVER eat here again this place is a joke and so are the employees. Worst service I have ever received from any fast food restaurant ?
Come here usually once a week for lunch. The staff is awesome and the food is always good!

I had a good dining experience here that was comparable to other Sonic locations that I ate at. The service was fast. The staff was polite. The food was good. No complaints. I like having the tater tot option on the menu. Sonic also has some unique menu items that make them stand apart from other fast food restaurants.
Their food is so good and inexpensive. I like to get snacks from here.
