I can’t even rate the food cause I never got any. Placed an order through the app at 6:21 said it’d be ready at 6:40. Sent my boyfriend in at 6:36 and he was told they had 40 orders ahead of us and hadn’t even started. Car full of starving kids I opted to just reorder from a nearby location. Call the next day to get my refund no manager, called the next day no manager, called the next day and the “manager” told me he’d attempt to void the order the following day but almost a week later still no refund. Better off going to king Soopers and getting stuff to make your own sandwich

Horrible music blasting, cussing up a storm. Music is loud enough that the workers behind the counter keep saying "huh" because they care more about the music than the customers obviously. I'll definitely switch to Jersey Mike's from now on!

I ordered online they gave me a wrong sandwich had to drive there to get it right then they said they toasted it when I got home it was not toasted and it was a BLT so the bacon was not the way I like it it was straight cold ❄️

This is the cleanest Subway I've been to. I stopped by after picking up my dry cleaning. The guy who made my sandwich, Zach, was so welcoming and friendly. He went the extra mile to give great customer service. If Subway needs a new spokesman, it's Zach.

Not only when I expressed my unhappiness that the app would not allow me to use the FLBOGO today, the staff burnt my sandwich & can’t read. I asked for a 6” & cheddar SunChips- NOT CHEETOS!Extremely unhappy with this location since it got remodeled & new staff

The man I talked to on the phone was very polite and professional! Thank you. I have no problem with this store. Just know that if you order through door dash the location of the subway is wrong. This is not the stores fault but stupid door dashes fault!

They usually greet you when you enter. The employees actually make sandwiches the way you want them. The restaurant is usually clean and the employees are often cleaning while I am there eating.

I've been here twice. I placed an order through the Subway app. The first order was perfect, which was a Wednesday early lunch oder. The second order placed through the App on a Friday at 3:45 p.m.I picked up my sandwich. I ordered the meatball sub. It's a warm sandwich so I guess putting it in paper wrap then a plastic bag caused the sandwich to be wet and soggy. Don't order that sandwich if you're not going to I eat it at the store. Also, no napkins either.
