I go there for the steak and cheese although the commercials with the new ones they have looked pretty good but I haven't tried one yet

thumbs down. broken soda machine, no guacamole, no veggie patties, no kids toys (even though your receipt will reflect it), large broken window, unhelpful and unaccommodating employees. oh, and they neglect to turn on their "open" light during open hours.

I waited 21 minutes in line for Eddie to make two sandwiches for two people ahead of me, I will never go there when he is working.

Anytime I venture in to order food for takeout, the service and food are always excellent. It is always clean, has handicap accessible parking and if you go during more of the non-busy times, you'll walk straight in, place your order and be out in 5 minutes tops. When it is busy, you may need to wait, but it is reasonable since I've never waited for more than about 12 minutes. Highly recommended!!

At around 1pm today (4/29/21) I went to order a sandwich and was behind an Indian man in line, the only other customer in the store. The employee, a white man in his 30s was the only one working and was extremely aggressive for no reason. He was purposefully getting the man's order wrong for no reason, shouting, and at one point he slammed ingredients down on the table. I left because I was afraid of the violent employee. This was explicit racist behavior, I will not return to this location, and I actually considered calling the police because I feared for the customer's safety. This racist employee must be fired and investigated.

I ordered a sandwich for pickup today and when I got home, the sandwich was falling apart at the bottom of the bag. I pulled the bag out and all the toppings were at the bottom of the bag.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up. One of them was made incorrectly and the extra things that we paid for where not on the sandwich. Called into the store to let them to know and got told I could just come back. I explained to the lady I could not come back today because of work. I was then told sorry there is nothing we can do about it. Really you can’t leave a note or send a text to your store manager. I did ask to speak to the store manager was told they are not in today. A store with no manager on a weekend? Won’t be going back here anytime soon.

The staff on today were absolutely great at preparing my meal. The 2nd assembly guy took extra time to get me an more appropriate wheat roll without my prompting. Will return. Great service.
