Extremelyyyy disappointing. Placed an online order and had to wait in store for 15 minutes after the time we were told it would be ready, and didn’t even get half of what we paid for. We bought a sandwich, two cookies, a bag of chips, and a fountain drink, and all we got was the sandwich and one cookie. I’ve never had a subway sandwich put together so sloppily.

I ordered online, immediately after it says that my order was confirmed and then 2 minutes later it says order cancelled with no reason why. I call the store (5 times) and no one answers. And they have charged my card! This is super annoying. I DO NOT recommend to order online or through this store.

I ordered a foot long sub to be toasted. Not sure if there was an issue with the oven but the cheese was barely melted. So they put it in a second time. When they asked what I wanted I had asked for some chopped up onions. The employee looked confused then said I don't feel comfortable doing that. I then said ok can the other guy do it. The employee responded no I have other customers in line (3people who came in together). That's it that was the last of what I wanted on the sub. We spent more time talking about it than if he actually would have done it. Every other subway in Colorado will cut up the long lengths of onions if you ask but what kills me is; Hello! I'm a customer too! Take care of me before you worry about the rest. I will never return to this subway and for those reading this, 1 mile away on E120th is another subway. Drive past this one and go there.

I have never had a worse subway sandwich in my life, but firstly the worker would not let me apply the 2 for $10 coupon, so for over$9 my supposed turkey sub was essentially a sliver of turkey and he then drenched it with mayo and mustard making it soggy dripping disgusting and wet. I'll never come back here.

The girl working tonight was very rude. I was the only customer and she acted as though she def didnt want to be there or helping me. I didnt mean to make her put her phone down but I just wanted a couple of sandwhiches. I wont be back because of her.
