Burgers are pretty good and they had a nice selection of beer, but when our party of 4 paid in the end, they charged us for 20% service fee, which is kind of outrageous cause they didn’t inform us in the beginning. Normally it’s only charged with a large part of 6+ in any establishment. 10/10 won’t dine in again. Would probably get take out once a blue moon though.Parking: No parking, needed to park across the street.

It’s so offputting that they include the gratuity automatically on the tab, it’s like they don’t trust their customers. If the service is good we will tip, no need to get greedy.

We ordered carry out and it was ready when promised. All the food and sauces that we ordered were in the bag. The burgers were flavorful and juicy, pretzel was a little hard, and the raspberry cheesecake was amazing!

They charge you a 20% service fee no matter what. Good service, bad service, hair in your burger, whatever. You're still paying 20% and then they tax you on the 20%.

I spent $84 on lunch for three people, thanks to their over-priced food and 20% service charge. And the food was forgetful. Seriously, this place needs to rethink its operations and business model... and quick. I can only imagine what the price of rent is in this location. Either way, I spent $84 on a lunch that should've been closer to $35 or $40 (burger and two salads). I give this a "meh" rating.

Ordered Mac & Cheese and chicken tenders for kids. Basic kid foods. Really low quality and cheap all around: not appetizing to look at. Kids didn't touch them. Ordered fries and were so stale that they unfortunately went straight into the garbage.

Celeste is absolutely amazing. We sat at the bar and I have never seen someone run the show so effortlessly, while making everyone feel so welcome and appreciated just for showing up. We got our food quickly considering they were incredibly busy. We only ordered wings and they were delicious! All the drinks were great as well. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.

Tap & Burger has become a favorite lunch spot for our family. The location is convenient and there's plenty of free parking across from the restaurant. The burgers are delicious, and we love the wings.

Worst service ever, 2 times in a row. Came in alone and was greeted and told o could sit at a bar top. Sat there for like 10 minutes no one checked if I needed anything. Finally got a menu and water. Waited for ten more minutes then was able to put in an order for a bring and wings. The drink came quickly, and wings took normal time about 10 minutes but were so burnt they were un eatable. So they got me new wings quickly. I sat for about 10 minutes more wanting to order another drink. I saw a new lady on the floor checked both the tables next to me locked eyes with me and kept moving. So 5 minutes later I decided to walk up to the bar received my drink quickly from the bartender. Finished my next drink and wanted a new one waited about 7 more minutes and was like forget it. Saw whom I thought was a manager and asked him for my check, paid then saw my original server he came and grabbed my plate. And 2 times I had similar visits. Smh, I'm in the industry and never leave angry reviews. This was so bad twice. And the thing is I come here all the time with my wife and kids and usually have good service.

I went during restaurant week. I ordered off of the beer burger and dessert menu for restaurant week all for $25. My bartender was very welcoming did an incredible job. Gave me samples of beer before I tried made excellent conversation. I ordered the avalanche beer, black and blue (blue cheese burger) and cheesecake. All food was excellent and good portions. Only complaint is they slap you with a 20% service fee at the very end. I was going to tip anyways, but be forwarned.
