Sadly both steaks came to use rare, I mean blue. The server however was a great guy and had a great customer service.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious. If you are gluten sensitive, they offer a full gluten-free menu. Service is great, and food always tastes good. One of our go-to spots.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten-free options available.

Had a great dinner here. Food was good and the service was very welcome. The meal prep took a little bit but everything came out perfect and it made for a good wrap up to a long week.

No complaints... nice place... other than the 50% to 100% price increases that have occurred since

I understand why this restraint only has 3.6 stars. The service was great, Cheyenne was helpful and prompt. Drinks came quickly and she checked in at the right time. Service 5 stars Food: 2 Stars Value: 1star Firstly. I'm not sure why you're serving salted pickles as the amuse-bouche. This seems out of place, why not warn sourdough bread in a steakhouse. The bison short rib, although it was delicious and tasty was definitely not a great value. The portion size was small. The ribeye was cooked terribly and under seasoned. It was not seared long enough. It was dripping with oil, so I'm not really sure how that was cooked? However, it was cooked to medium rare, which was how we ordered that. The best part of my ribeye plate were the onion rings. The apple crisp, dessert was terrible. If you dug into the middle of it the caramel sauce was gritty and not completely melted. The crumble on top was definitely not a crumble. It was also gritty. It had a weird flavor to it and the apples were not even cooked correctly. The ice cream was perhaps the best part of that dish. Because it was so gritty we did not eat that dessert, nor did anyone come by to check and see how that dessert was or offered to replace it with anything else. This was definitely a disappointment for a meal, but really very much in line with almost every review that you will see here. Good luck I hope that the steak, which should have been the star of this restaurant, improves and gets better and the value for the place being served Equal to the taste that you can expect..

This is a place we save as a "special occasion" go to. It's about a half hour drive for us to go here, but it is very worth it. It is pricey, but the dishes are unique. We went here for my birthday this year and introduced some friends who had never been. The food and service were top notch. The atmosphere was a little loud at first, but when certain groups left, it got much better. All in all, it was a great experience and our friends were impressed.

Great food; consistent quality. The apple-pecan crisp is awesome; but order at least 2 scoops of extra ice cream. Love bison; such a great-tasting, lean meat.

OMG on the burgers. The margaritas was on point. Nachos basic. But don't sleep on the Blue Creek burger. Not over season. Meaty, but not dry. Not greasy. Best burger in

I eat at the bar. The beer is always fresh, the bison Red Rock is delicious, and the staff are on top of it. Highly recommend.
