If you’re looking for horrible customer service and potential food poisoning, this is the spot! Wish I had taken pics… My girlfriend and I ordered some calzones to go, and after getting halfway through them realized one side of each calzone was way undercooked, raw, gooey pizza dough. We ordered around 8:25, and they close at 9. When we went back next door a few minutes later to ask for a refund/replacement, they refused to refund us as they had already shut their system down.The way the “manager”, Sydney I believe, talked to my girlfriend was so disrespectful. We paid right around $50 for a meal and they didn’t want to make it right because they were closing. I work in the service industry, so I get it. Being time to close is no excuse when it comes health and safety and serving food that will potentially make people sick. I’ve been here a number of times and have had some okay food, but needless to say we will not be back.Reina, the kitchen cook, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was eager to make things right, and after de-escalating the manager’s rudeness she spent extra time remaking one of the meals. Super grateful for her and her understanding. She held herself in a respectful and professional manner.

Alex was so kind and helpful as we all as accommodating to our children and we appreciated his genuine patience! Aside from the amazing service, the food was fresh and fast. It was a cozy late lunch experience!

My Chiefs special, that I requested jalapenos on, did not have them. I called the restaurant and the person explained that they are not responsible for delivery orders if they are not a pick-up. Alex took the time to discuss the issue and work toward a solution. I was glad to talk to him and he has tried his best to help.

Ordered pick up online got the lunch special two slices of cheese pizza add pepperonis and then I added their house special garlic knots iwith it. Not bad for 10 bucks I mean two big slices of pizza and a bunch of knots there's enough here for 2 people. Not bad at all looks like the pizza was kind of thrown together rather quickly and only one slice had the pepperonis on it which I thought add pepperoni wish for both but its cool cheese is good . Garlic knots are okay comes with quite a bit of dipping sause could use more flavor in both. Picking up my order was a little strange walked in everyone in the kitchen looked at me and it sat there for about 5 minutes until finally someone came up to ask me what I needed and that was a little bit awkward this place could use someone dedicated to the register who is not immersed in making pizza. This place has potential to be a lot better so 3 stars but for lunch order if I worked close by this would be on point

Garlic Knot has the best cheese pizza I have found in Colorado!! The pizza slices don’t flop over like other places! Delicious crust and great cheese to sauce ratio. This pizza tastes like home!

Walked it with the over welding stench of something but felt obligated met the manager bald white guy who was si rude I tried to give the Restaurant the benefit of the doubt but I would never go there again. It was dirty unsanitary and unhorrible stuff including a lady that won't refill you
