I love DoubleTree hotels. They feel like home. My only ask would be that the hallways are vacuumed on the floor. My first impression getting out of the elevator was oh the floor has crumbs all over it. Other than that it was a pleasant stay!

Staff is was so helpful, polite and welcoming. However this hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Our tub had stains the sink kept knocking even after the water was turned off. There area is up and coming and the hotel looks so aged even from the street. I was really surprised that this was an Double Tree as this is our go to hotel when we travel. The button the in elevators are so mixed up a older women was confused by the 7 and 1 and we had to assist her. Also back door doesn't scan keycard so you have to go all the way around to the front. Generally just needed a deep cleaning even has quite a bit of debris on carpet flooring throughout hotel.

PROS: - Easy to find, next to another hotel - Right off the freeway - Large parking lot - Friendly staff - Clean rooms - Comfy beds - Large eating area CONS: - Not so great WiFi - Was able to hear the people in the floor above us which was annoying (ground floor) - Windows on the ground floor rooms are right in front of the parking lot, which didn't allow for opening of shades much

I have no issues with the hotel itself other than the staff. They are terrible horrible miserable people there's only one person at the desk that I could say did an amazing job. The manager and other staff members profiled and harassed and even threatened me and my brother after I have fully paid for a week and got another room on top of that. They are kicking me out for no reason whatsoever and there's no problem solving skills from the manager but her just being rude and threatening. I feel uncomfortable where I'm sleeping and I don't like that and according to all the other reviews it doesn't look like I'm going to get my money back because little time management sucks that bad.

NO STARS DESERVED!!! Please do not become a victim at this sketchy hotel. I was watched and targeted. My room was entered my an employee on my last night stay while I was away and walked away with all my luggage and left the door wide open. I have never felt so violated. I had nothing but the clothes on my back. There was and has been no customer service provided. The front desk man was so nonchalant about the situation which made me feel like he was in on it. The manager, Angela is now accusing me of stealing my own luggage. I will be out over $5000 now trying to replace just necessary items. I will never stay at another or suggest an Hilton property.

This hotel does not deserve 1 star! I'm from Texas coming to Denver for the first time. My first night the ac did not work and heard water draining the whole night.of course when I got up to use the bathroom the ceiling fell in. This lead to getting a different room on the same floor. I was rushed rudely out the room the next morning to a room that the light fixture didn't work. After informing the front desk Latisha ( which made me uncomfortable my whole trip because she watched my every move like I was a pray) she also made a commitment "it wasn't me) which I was confused.. later that night I was picked up by a friend to head out for the night and came back to my room door wide open! EVERYTHING I owed was taken even my dirty clothes!!!!The man at the front desk was no help at all! Police showed up quickly and also said it must be an inside job. After speaking with management Angela first stated the hotel did not have cameras then days later accused me of stealing my OWN LUGGAGE by watching footage !! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS!!!At this point I'm afraid of hotels and safety. This world is full of dishonesty!!! At this point the hotel is not cooperating with me and is very rude!!

PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR STAY. The first night the air conditioning didn't work. All night we heard water running and woke up the next day to the ceiling falling in all over the floor which could have injured the three of us. They provided us with a new room key stating there was no rush to switch rooms,only to then be rushed to the new room the next 10 minutes thar was dark because the lights didn't work. We come back from dinner on our last night to our room being robbed. There was three of us they took 2 of the luggages and only took my belongings out of mines. Needless to say we had to go home with nothing but 1 empty suitcase. NOW THEY SAY WE STOLE OUR OWN LUGGAGE. You have cameras showing you the truth. Who would travel to another state just to do that. That is an insult to injury.I am so distraught and now am afraid to travel and trust any hotel. This was clearly an inside job,so stay at your own risk.They don't deserve the one star.

Came to visit for bridal dress fitting. Stayed 4 nights. Enjoyed exquisite dinner of salmon and breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommend Tree House Bistro during your stay!
