There is no water in the men's rest room to wash your hands, and my wife said no paper towels in the women's rest room to dry your hands. All the tables needed to be wiped.

Went to this Wendy's this morning after working at 12 hour overnight shift at a hospital. Ordered two large breakfast potatoes. I pull up to the window and the person working ran my card handed it back to me then proceeded to ask me to pull forward because it was going to be a few minutes. No mention of a delay before I paid and had I know I never would have handed her my card to begin with. I was so tired at this point that I was willing to wait a couple of minutes but after 5 minutes I wasn't willing to wait any longer. Left with no food even though I paid for it

I drive by at 1015pm and see the menu board is still lit up. I pull in and I'm sure they saw me because by the time I drove to it it was turned off. I hate this Wendy's. I'll drive to 120th and Sheridan. They are always friendly and open the hours posted. I'll never come to this one again.

Horrible employees, all of them were rudeThe woman at the window cussed at me. And spit at me while handing me my drink . Was told they had no soda , no ice cream and no sauce for my nuggets. Ordered 2 double bacon actors, 2 baconator fries and 2 lemonade for delivery. It was delivered by Uber Eats. We received 2 lemonade and 2 small trays with a few fries, a bit of cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. No bun or hamburger. I called the restaurant and was told I had to call Doordash to complain. I questioned whay when the order was delivered by Uber Eats.They told me that they did not use Uber Eats. I said I already had an email from Uber Eats. After arguing with the Wendys employee, I knew that I was getting no where, so I hung up. Will never go to another Wendy's restaurant again.
02/24/24 4:00PMI WENT TO THIS DRIVE THROUGH TODAY AND THE TEAM WAS KILLING IT!The girl at the window with the purple/blue hair is amazing and very patient and kind while the restaurant was extremely busy.The food came out amazing and I just wanted to go out of my way to say Thankyou to the people working today. Bunch of awesome employees that need more recognition!!

This is the second time there, for a bad experience. The computer was down, which hindered ordering. The soda machines were down. The lady who waited on us behind the counter was very unhappy, and unfriendly. She got our cokes from behind somewhere . They were terrible. Hardly any coke syrup in them. When I told her that, she got us 3 more... Just as bad.She may have been having a bad day. But so we're we. One of us was in a wheelchair and the other just had surgery. I thanked her and smiled at her anyway. But we won't be back.

I am a frequent Wendy’s consumer. I have never been so angry and insulted by any fast food place in my life! We went through the drive-thru to simply grab a couple beverages. I ordered us 2 of their chocolate frosty cream cold brew’s. The lady taking orders at the drive-thru tells us they only serve those in the morning. I, jokingly (but not) say, “yeah, yeah, yeah”, then as I was asking my husband what else would he want, she tells me if I’m going to have that attitude to get out of her drive-thru; that she doesn’t have to serve me! I go on to try and tell her that I wasn’t even talking to her and she yells “get out of my drive-thru I’m not serving you!”
