I ordered a Dave's double, received some old cold meat in a bun. Wasn't a Dave double. I went back to complain they gave me a Dave's double that was slightly warm but stale and had no ketchup on it. I went back and they appeared upset that I went back a third time and gave me a bunch of ketchup packets to remedy my burger which by now was cold. I could see through the window and here in the background that they were goofing around and joking and horsing around in the kitchen. They obviously don't take customer satisfaction as a priority

The person that was helping me through the drive thru was extremely rude and I doubt I will be back to this location ever again. Ended up not ordering anything. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

Ordered two salads in the drive thru. One didn't have any dressing. The taco salad didn't have all the fixings, no silverware or napkins.Salads are hard.

If I could do ZERO stars, I would!! We spent $32 on two fish combos, a kids meal, and an extra 4 piece nugget and the only thing that could be eaten was the chicken nuggets and drinks. The kids meal cheese burger was chili meat, (if you ever worked at a Wendy's, you know...), the fries were cold, and the two fish fillets were either so over cooked they were rocks, or they had been sitting in the bin for far longer than the hour allotted for "fresh food". The person that took our order was so stoned he couldn't even get through the order without asking us to repeat it multiple times. The employees were so lazy, they put two combos AND the kids meal all in the same bag. We tried calling the store and after 10-15 rings, they answered and hung up. The quality of this food and service are so far behind the Wendy's standard, I can't imagine what the management must be like. We do not live in the area and were traveling home so we're not able to just go back. Instead we went on our way hungry. Do better. And I really hope this reaches the district manager. Beyond unacceptable!!!!

The register staff was extremely rude when I asked to use the restroom. I drive for Uber and will tell all my riders to not eat at this location. Needless to say, I will not return here. Disappointed.

The customer service here is absolutely awful. They had us waiting forever just to take an order and when something is said I got attitude and yelled at. Completely unacceptable. If you can go to any other location I’d highly recommend doing so.The employees need training on how to conduct proper business ethics and customer service.

We went on leap day for the free special on Cinnabons that we had heard about on the radio. The employee didn't seem to know about the special and said "I think you need a coupon for that ". We also ordered one of the new frosty cold brew coffees and she didnt seem to know how to make it. She gave me a plain cold brew with flavored syrup and a cold Cinnabon and charged us full price for everything. I don't know that I will be ordering from this location again!

Walked in at 1:30pm on Feb 25 and was promptly told they would not serve me because they had "just finished a rush." Never have I walked into a restaurant and been refused service because the employees didn't feel like working. Bravo.

They probably need to shut this thing down for a while to start over. It's bad. Food is bad, employees are absolutely awful. Go to the Wendy's on 104th near Washington if you want a better Wendy's experience.
