Look, I love a good beer as much as the next gal. But, it is so hard to pick when everything is delicious. The only complaint is that ALL the beers were great, so it was hard to choose, just one.Adam and Nathan were helpful in suggesting beers they thought I would enjoy. The Galactic hazy and Veruca sour were my faves.A dog friendly, super chill atmosphere local spot. A worthwhile stop. I would highly recommend checking them out. There's a dog rescue every month. Take a pup who needs rescued home with you, theThe next one is 4/28/24. Awesome place. Congrats on five years. Thanks, guys!

I came here for the first time the last weekend in December for the Gourmet Ghost Charcuterie Board Class. The whole experience blew me away! I'm not a huge beer fan since gluten and I don't really get along well, but I saw they had a strawberry beer, so I had to give it a go since it was free with my class. It was incredibly flavorful and smooth. The vibe at the brewery is also really good too. It's very lowkey, plus it's tucked away in a shopping area people probably don't even realize exisits unless they spend time at the Frightmare Compound. The Gourmet Ghost Charcuterie Board Making Class was so much fun. I highly recommend it. You will get so much value out of the experience. Adam led the class and talked us through the techniques for making affordable, beautiful boards. By the end I felt confident making tomato/cucumber flowers, strawberry roses, strawberry fans, meat roses, and creative displays of cheese. I was so shocked by how professionally my mom and my boards looked by the end. I cannot wait to come back and do some of the other charcuterie classes since they're themed around holidays for things like Valentine's Day, Halloween, and Christmas. Also, the types of cheeses were exceptional. I got to experience so many that I had never tried before which was such a treat. It made my NYE so much more exciting to have a homemade board to snack on while watching the ball drop!

Went here on 10/8/23. First time here in a very long time. Like 2015, long time. Met some friends there. Very open inside. The day we went they only had one dark beer. We tried everything. The rye ipa is awesome. Very solid beers. Looks like they package most of their beer. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend. Cheers!

Original review: nice bartender but none of the 5 beers I sampled resonated with me. very bland tasting room decor. But it is Westminster. New follow-up based on the very prompt, but whiney response from the owner that they deserve a higher rating: I clearly said that the beers didn't resonate with me. That is a highly subjective thing. I'm sure others may like them more. I've been to more than 80 Colorado breweries and I'm very comfortable with 3 stars. But I'll also give the owner a virtual participation ribbon.

Great atmosphere and beertender. We really liked the west coast IPA. Dogs are allowed inside, which was great on a hot day.
