Horrible customer service the manager is definitely is not qualified to be a manager she’s completely unable to communicate with costumers her professionalism as a manager is horrible, while the rest of my missing order was being prepared her along with the other 3 staff members where being rude laughing and simply just made this situation very uncomfortable I didn’t get what I orderd and paid for I was being completely understanding when I called, they made me feel like I did something wrong, the customer service is crazy they literally don’t care!I did a online order I go to pick up and they are slower then usual so when I got home half of my order was missing fries were cold I contacted them staff was very unfriendly I get there the manager was eating and did not want to be bothered the employee said the manager is on her 10 min break looks at her laughs and then at that point she approached us the employee was translating which there was no resolution to the matter but to wait another 15mins for the rest of my order and to contact the General Manager when back from vacation in a week. I never complain I’m a business owner I understand ther can be mishaps but the way this situation was handled was very unpleasant. I’ve ordered from this location a few times since it’s closest to home but will never order from here again.

Seems most of the front range wing stop locations suck lately. Super disappointing because we love wing stop. Under cooked fries, wings, orders messed up ect, just zero attention to detail....and its been several different orders. Just over wing stop...guess I'll drive my butt to the Longmont location if I want GOOD wing

Yes, I would just like to say there are a lot of generous people out there on the review world one star is way too many for this operation. I run several businesses, and if I provided the service that was provided to me, I would not have a business. Evidently the food service industry since they have been given more money just does not care about their name or reputation. I would have rather paid $90 for my $60 order and had it correct I am never a complainer since I am a business owner can understand sometimes things just go wrong but it is unacceptable to provide a service or at this point just an incomplete service and just not care. This is not the first time this is happened to me or I would not be posting this. I've tried eating here a few times and I just don't enjoy their wings usually. I more frequently visit for deliveries and they are about to go on my block list as they don't ever seem to be prepared I've had to wait a full 30 min for wings to be made that are supposed to be ready to pickup for delivery on arrival. They are a poor business partner for delivery as they don't seem to value your time.
