Horrible customer service. My family and I came in 5 minutes before closing time. We spent 26.00 and left a tip. Before we left my daughter need to use the restroom. These young ladies wanted to close and lock up for the night. The lady told me I need to leave I informed her daughter was in the restroom her response was " we don't get paid enough to stay the extra time you need to leave." With that statement being mad and realizing that it was only 10:02 pm when I got back into my car with this experience I will never go back and that was the place I always picked up my ice cream from sorry......

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order TWO days before the birthday I was going to. I paid for it online, and they had no problem taking my money. They did NOT make my custom cake at all. Upon arrival the young man up front said that there was no receipt which was weird because I had my receipt pulled up for him to review. Then he was speaking with the "baker" who then proceeded to say that they did not make the cake. and told me I could choose from the cakes on the shelf which were all cracked and looked like they had been there for days. I declined and got my refund. Will never do business with BR ever again. Ruined a birthday, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Super disappointed with BR.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. I was so beyond disappointed with my service and my milkshake. The milkshake was purely chunks of ice blended with milk, there was no flavor and I also choked to death on the pieces of ice. Not the mention the cup was half full to begin with. The employees were so beyond rude. Will never be back and will tell everyone I know to do the same. Save yourself the trip and go to the next closest location to you!!

The guy working this evening is terrible. I was asking questions about a cake I was trying to order just to be told "I just work here lady." Then he walked away and into the back. Nobody came out from the back like as if he went for help. He just walked away.

I ordered 2 shakes to be delivered by Uber Eats the other night and when they arrived they were so bad that it had to be a malicious act. It was basically just milk in the cups. Not much ice cream was added to the shakes. It was not a result of the shakes melting from order to delivery time. Will never order from this Baskin-Robbins ever again.

the ice cream was okay, but it was expensive for such a little amount. the lady who served us was pretty rude. she just made the general vibe really uncomfortable. i haven't been here in years so i asked a few questions about the amount of scoops and she made me feel like i was an idiot. also, my mom wanted chocolate peanut butter icecream and the lady complained about scooping it because she was allergic to peanuts. yet, she didn't wear gloves or anything to scoop it. she just complained a lot, and was not the nicest person. it was just an off experience and honestly i don't think we will come back, there's way better ice cream shops out there.
How can a Baskin Robbins not have chocolate chip ice cream? Or chocolate mint chip? I’d say both of those are pretty standard. I went yesterday, Saturday, May 6, with a craving for a hot fudge sundae on chocolate chip ice cream. One freezer case had maybe eight tubs in it and the other maybe had six. No way it was 32 flavors; most of the ones displayed were the goofy brightly colored ones that adults aren’t interested in usually. I ended up getting my sundae on something called coconut nut or something like that. It was OK, but not what I wanted. I only allow myself a sugary dessert once a week, and I had driven an extra 10 miles to get to this location because I wanted BR Chocolate Chip! Everything was just kind of sticky and dirty looking. Still, I’ll give it two stars because I’ve been going to Baskin Robbins since 1968 when they opened in Sacramento. Kinda bittersweet. The teenagers who were working there seemed nice, but everybody kind of looked like they needed to wash their hands.?

The Baskin Robbins in Wheat Ridge is just simp,y put fun, fun, fun and the loveliest of childhood memories. The ice cream ain't so bad itself. The staff are always, always tremendously kind and helpful. Our favorite flavors are the Roasted Peach, Oreo, Chocolate, Pistachio and the Cappuccino Blast's are so refreshing. Thanks for the wonderful service.

I am an ex employee and working here with the coworkers was great, but working with the manager, and the owners was terrible. They barely train you and expect you to already know what you're supposed to do and when you don't know how to do it, they yell at you also. they do not clean their hot fudge, peanut butter and caramel heating dispensers I had to clean the hot fudge and it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. There was mold inside of it and it's definitely a health hazard. also, the owner and manager choose to talk negatively about their coworkers behind their back, and my fellow coworkers talk to me about everything and tell me everything they say, or what they hear I have called corporate, and now they are building a case against them if you want to work here, think twice about doing so also think twice about eating here when you can get sick for doing so I was also going to put my two weeks in but didn't, and they took off all of my hours without letting me know or speaking to me before so they forced me to quit without firing me they also threaten us with firing all of us if we don't have more availability multiple times they have done this. They are very unprofessional and have amazing people that work for them and they (owners and manager ) continue to treat them this way.
