Picked up a takeout order, and took it home. No one received the veggies requested, instead of corn and broccoli we got 3 sides of green beans. My mom was given chicken instead of turkey, and the charged us for a Caesar salad we didn't ask for. The mac n cheese was tasteless. The "half rack" of ribs meal had a total of four, so we got a third of a rack. That meal alone cost us $20. Outback or Texas Roadhouse is cheaper & better. The service I ordered thru compensated us, but I won't be going back. So glad I tipped them pickup and got that type of service.Vegetarian options: LotsParking: A bunch

I have usually had good meals from Boston Market until now. I went to the 38th and Wadsworth store and was embarrassed for my family members who were with me. Half of the TV screens showing the menu were broken. Pop machine was broken. Iced tea machine was broken. The one employee was trying as hard as he could, but he could only do so much. Food was lukewarm at best. No napkins, and no towels in the woman's restroom. Management needs to do better.

Thank you so much for the turkey dinner plates.My husband is dealing with a work injury concussion and we were unable to enjoy Thanksgiving today. We came in last night and your staff was super amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good meal today.We love this store in particular. Thank you

I just two thanksgiving dinner one Turkey one ham , the ham is as dry as a shoe soleAnd I spent 32 dollars the corn bread is like a brick if your going to specialize in one thing then the corn bread should be fresh and delicious so disappointing

Staff was "eh", and the food semi-decent but they had things on their menu that had been discontinued, soda machine broken and I wasnt told before I ordered a combo. Weird experience overall. Would not recommend.

Boston Market does NOT pay their sub contractors for service work done. They hired S Star Electric out of Littleton, CO to do work at several of their locations in the Denver metro area and have not paid their 8 invoices amounting to $12,000. We have submitted paperwork for liens in each county. If you are a contractor, DO NOT do work with them, as you will NOT get paid for your services. Better yet, stay far away from Boston Market Corporation as they don't answer their phone, have their doors locked at the corporate office in Golden, while employees are inside, and have zero contact information on social media. Hopefully this review will help them understand how hurtful they are to other companies that have provided services for them.

Went through the drive-thru to try to place an order they couldn't honor their $22 for person meal so they didn't have tea bags for the drinks I said can we substitute it for something else for bottles of water he said no can't do it and then proceeded to tell me they couldn't honor the meal at all it was very rude he said I told you we can't do that is it I said we can't do that I said excuse me you're being kind of snotty he's like man you're the one that was being snotty.. I would avoid this restaurant by any means

Me and my mom went to Boston market she ordered a rack of ribs macaroni and cheese a Caesar side salad and a couple other items the person taking the order was very slow and was taking forever one person could have been taken the other while the other person could have been making the food their teamwork was awful and the manager packs the bag sloppy he needs to step his game up and make it nice and neat and not sloppy and I should know because I work at a restaurant too I work at Chili's you need to work on how you pack the bag and make it nice and neat and you need to work on your teamwork and learn how to be faster the one in wheat ridge

At the drive thru window the man gives me my drink and it's over flowing with soda. I had to ask him please take it back because it was going to make a mess. It gives it back with a new lid and soda still all over it. I had to ask for napkins and clean it.I get back to my hotel 15 minutes away and find that one of the large sides I had ordered was missing. 6.99 down the drain.I won't go back there.

The last 2-3 Thanksgivings here have been total mayhem & chaos!!I had an advanced pu order - placed weeks ahead of time - but when we got there is wasn't ready, their walk-in line was down the block, they were already out of food (they had just opened), the staff was running around like chickens w/their heads cut off, we waited an hour, the food was cold & portions were small & a total rip off!! *** DO NOT patronize this location!!! *** NEVER AGAIN. ?

Was so excited to find out there was drive through comfort food! But there were literal flies in our mac n cheese. I've never been so grossed out. Please don't go to this place and maybe someone should get the Health Department on the phone.

Ate it less than an hour ago and haven't been able to leave the bathroom since. Not a great choice for dinner, but a fantastic choice for a laxative. Yikes.

The gravy have a strong taste of powder, creme spinash was cold, corn bread was cold, chicken tasted microwave. The food at this location has gone from good to bad. Ice tea is still very fresh and good. Location is clean.
