This used to be a favorite place to have bagels and coffee with friends. This Einstein restaurant is the only place I know that won't let its patrons enjoy their food sitting down. We were in Florida recently and the Einstein restaurants there all have indoor seating to enjoy your breakfast. Since this issue has been mentioned several times in all these reviews and the owner doesn't seem to want to do anything about or even answer the questions people ask why there's no seating, we've decided to go to Panera or other places where we can sit and enjoy our food and not in the car.

When I come in here after a long night at work, I order a Nova Lox on an Asiago bagel and open faced. The last 4 times I've been in it has not been how I ordered it. It's always been a sandwich. I'm done. Today will be the last time I even will go here.

I love Einstein bagels usually but damn I got a lox and asked for it to be toasted, got my meal super quick but they didn’t toast anything just pushed me out of the store and the whole lox and bagel was super cold like it was just pulled out of a freezer….just very sad cause this was my go too but probably not anymore. The onions were actually frozen

not one to complain but I explicitly asked for egg and cheese and they added bacon which my vegetarian girlfriend couldn't eat. also found a hair in the sandwich :/

It’s so bizarre that this large cafe is without tables and chairs. It used to be a great meetup spot, or a place to do some work, but now it’s only good for grab and go. I wish they would rethink their model and go back to adding community tables. We don’t all want to eat in the car! Sometimes it’s nice to enjoy your hot bagel at a table. Plus your restaurant just looks odd with a large vacant area and nowhere to sit.

This place gets orders wrong more often than it gets them right. The system constantly goes down in the middle of orders. People taking orders need to have it repeated multiple times and they still get it wrong. This place would never survive in an area with more bagel shops. The company does nothing to compensate for the consistent errors.

I had a very delicious breakfast sandwich a couple of weeks ago with coffee, no complaints there. However, I would have enjoyed sitting down at a table and enjoying my breakfast instead of eating it in my car or taking it home. I think Einstein bagels should relook at this 100 percent takeout model now that covid is over with for the most part.
